表面預(yù)處理和潤滑條件對硫氮共滲35CrMo磨損性能的影響

【摘要】:目的提高35CrMo鉆桿接頭和對磨套管的耐磨性能。方法采用超聲表面加工處理和硫氮共滲處理技術(shù)對鉆桿接頭常用的35CrMo鋼進(jìn)行處理,研究了超聲表面預(yù)處理和潤滑條件對其耐磨性能的影響。利用光學(xué)三維形貌儀、掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)、能譜儀(EDS)和X射線衍射儀(XRD)分別研究了試樣的表面形貌、粗糙度、成分和相結(jié)構(gòu),采用環(huán)塊磨損試驗機(jī)在油基鉆井液潤滑和無鉆井液潤滑的條件下,考察了經(jīng)過不同載荷超聲表面加工預(yù)處理的35CrMo鉆桿接頭及其對磨套管的磨損性能。結(jié)果超聲表面加工預(yù)處理可使35CrMo鋼及其硫氮共滲處理后的表面粗糙度顯著降低約80%以上。經(jīng)超聲表面加工預(yù)處理后,35CrMo鋼硫氮共滲鉆桿接頭在油基鉆井液潤滑和干摩擦條件下的磨損率均進(jìn)一步降低。在無鉆井液潤滑的條件下,500 N載荷超聲表面加工預(yù)處理后,硫氮共滲35CrMo鋼鉆桿接頭對磨油管磨損表面形貌的改善更顯著,表面粘著和犁溝均減少。結(jié)論 35CrMo鋼鉆桿接頭在硫氮共滲前采用超聲表面加工進(jìn)行預(yù)處理,可以獲得更低的表面粗糙度和更高的表面硬度,在有無鉆井液潤滑條件下均可提高鉆桿接頭和套管的耐磨性能。
[Abstract]:Objective to improve the wear resistance of 35CrMo drill pipe joint and casing. Methods 35CrMo steel, which is commonly used in drill pipe joint, was treated by ultrasonic surface treatment and sulfur nitriding treatment. The effects of ultrasonic surface pretreatment and lubrication conditions on its wear resistance were studied. The surface morphology, roughness, composition and phase structure of the samples were studied by means of optical three-dimensional topography, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) and X-ray diffraction (XRD), respectively. Under the condition of oil base drilling fluid lubrication and no drilling fluid lubrication, the 35CrMo drill pipe joint and its wear performance to the grinding casing were investigated by using ring block wear tester after ultrasonic surface processing with different loads. Results the surface roughness of 35CrMo steel and its sulfur-nitriding treatment was reduced by more than 80% after ultrasonic surface pretreatment. After pretreatment with ultrasonic surface, the wear rate of 35CrMo steel is further reduced under oil based drilling fluid lubrication and dry friction. After pre-treatment with ultrasonic surface processing under 500 N load without drilling fluid lubrication, the wear surface morphology of the abrasive tubing was improved more obviously by the joint of 35CrMo steel drill pipe, and the surface adhesion and ploughing were decreased. Conclusion the surface roughness and hardness of 35CrMo steel drill pipe joint can be obtained by ultrasonic surface processing before sulfidation. The wear resistance of drill pipe joint and casing can be improved with or without drilling fluid lubrication.
