【摘要】：遼河油田存在厚度達(dá)150m的巨厚超稠油油藏,應(yīng)用SAGD技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)取得了巨大的成就。目前,遼河油田的SAGD水平井完井管柱采用的主要是Φ177.8mm篩管,由于尺寸的限制,在一定程度上制約了油井產(chǎn)量的提高。為了進(jìn)一步提高采油速度和最終采收率,使油田得到更加高效的開(kāi)發(fā),首次提出并實(shí)施了Φ244.5mm生產(chǎn)篩管鉆完井工藝,與常規(guī)Φ177.8mm篩管相比較,其過(guò)流面積增加了58%。通過(guò)大尺寸井眼SAGD水平井井身結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、井眼軌道設(shè)計(jì)與軌跡控制、鉆井液設(shè)計(jì)、完井管柱安全順利下入等技術(shù)研究,實(shí)現(xiàn)了Φ244.5mm篩管完井的目的�，F(xiàn)場(chǎng)應(yīng)用3井次,單井日產(chǎn)油147t,日產(chǎn)水平是常規(guī)井的3倍。實(shí)踐表明,大尺寸井眼SAGD水平井鉆完井技術(shù)在開(kāi)發(fā)超稠油油藏方面展現(xiàn)了良好的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:There is a huge thick super heavy oil reservoir with a thickness of 150m in Liaohe Oilfield, which has made great achievements by using SAGD technology. At present, the main of the completion pipe column of the SAGD horizontal well in Liaohe Oilfield is the SAGD sieve tube. Due to the limitation of size, the production of oil well is restricted to a certain extent. In order to further improve the oil recovery speed and finally, the oil production speed and final result are further improved. The recovery has made the oil field more efficient, and first proposed and implemented the drilling and completion technology of the 244.5mm production sieve tube. Compared with the conventional 177.8mm sieve tube, the overflow area increased by 58%. through the design of the well body structure of the SAGD horizontal well, the trajectory design and trajectory control of the well, the design of the drilling fluid, and the safety and smooth of the completion pipe column. Down in technology research has realized the completion of the well completion of the 244.5mm sieve tube. 3 wells are used in the field, the daily oil production of a single well is 147t, and the daily production level is 3 times that of the conventional well. The practice shows that the SAGD horizontal well drilling and completion technology in large size wells shows a good application prospect in developing super heavy oil reservoirs.
