一種油田深井用新型耐高溫鋅合金犧牲陽極

【摘要】:為解決某油田4 000m深井TP110-3Cr套管外腐蝕問題,研制了一種新型耐高溫鋅合金犧牲陽極。采用電化學(xué)技術(shù)對陽極材料進行了極化曲線和電流效率測試。結(jié)果表明:在80℃時,陽極極化曲線較平緩,開路電位較負(fù),無高溫"逆轉(zhuǎn)"現(xiàn)象,電流效率大于80%,腐蝕均勻,腐蝕產(chǎn)物易脫落。在模擬某油田地層水條件下,評估了新型陽極的高溫防腐蝕性能。結(jié)果表明:新型鋅合金犧牲陽極在125℃以下,可有效保護套管;在130℃時,陽極發(fā)生斷裂失效,無法繼續(xù)使用。
