潛油電泵井下狀態(tài)在線監(jiān)測(cè)與傳輸系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:采油開發(fā)到了中、后期階段,潛油電泵采油必將成為油田最有生命力的人工舉升方法。潛油電泵井下狀態(tài)在線監(jiān)測(cè)裝置是潛油電泵機(jī)組的重要配套設(shè)備,以潛油電機(jī)的動(dòng)力電纜作為其供電通道,采用模擬電流環(huán)技術(shù)對(duì)井下狀態(tài)進(jìn)行在線監(jiān)測(cè)和對(duì)參數(shù)信號(hào)進(jìn)行傳輸。本文所研究的潛油電泵井下狀態(tài)在線監(jiān)測(cè)與傳輸系統(tǒng)主要測(cè)量井下溫度和壓力兩個(gè)參數(shù)。溫度反映電機(jī)溫度、壓力反映液面的高低。整個(gè)系統(tǒng)分為井下監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)和地面控制系統(tǒng)兩個(gè)組成部分。地面系統(tǒng)利用星點(diǎn)等勢(shì)法為井下監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)提供所需的直流電壓,并將采集到的電流信號(hào)實(shí)時(shí)處理、顯示和傳輸,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)潛油電泵井下工作狀態(tài)的在線監(jiān)測(cè)。井下監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)將傳感器信號(hào)經(jīng)過預(yù)處理,轉(zhuǎn)換為電流信號(hào)后利用鎧皮通道傳輸至地面。本文還針對(duì)電機(jī)端產(chǎn)生的有害電壓進(jìn)行了分析和抑制,以保證井下電路的可靠正常工作。在完成兩參數(shù)的設(shè)計(jì)之后,本文還提出多參數(shù)的設(shè)計(jì)思路以加大測(cè)量范圍。通過理論分析和試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證表明,本系統(tǒng)具有供電方式簡(jiǎn)單,信號(hào)傳輸高效,地面數(shù)據(jù)處理可靠,可以遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測(cè)等優(yōu)勢(shì)。其為優(yōu)化潛油電泵井開采提供了可靠的技術(shù)支持,為我國采油向低產(chǎn)井、陸地方向發(fā)展提供了有力支撐,對(duì)向智能井筒技術(shù)發(fā)展具有一定的促進(jìn)意義。
[Abstract]:In the middle and late stage of oil production, electric submersible pump will become the most viable artificial lifting method in oil field. On-line monitoring device of submersible electric pump downhole condition is an important auxiliary equipment of submersible electric pump unit. The power cable of submersible motor is used as its power supply channel. The analog current loop technique is used to monitor the downhole state on line and transmit the parameter signal. The on-line monitoring and transmission system of electric submersible pump is mainly used to measure temperature and pressure. The temperature reflects the temperature of the motor and the pressure reflects the level of the liquid. The whole system is divided into underground monitoring system and ground control system. The ground system uses the star isopotential method to provide the needed DC voltage for the downhole monitoring system, and processes, displays and transmits the collected current signals in real time, thus realizing the on-line monitoring of the working state of the submersible electric pump downhole. The sensor signal is preprocessed and converted into current signal by downhole monitoring system, and then transmitted to the ground by armour channel. In this paper, the harmful voltage generated by the motor is analyzed and suppressed to ensure the reliable and normal operation of the downhole circuit. After completing the design of two parameters, this paper also puts forward the idea of multi-parameter design to enlarge the range of measurement. Theoretical analysis and experimental verification show that the system has the advantages of simple power supply mode, high efficiency of signal transmission, reliable ground data processing and remote monitoring. It provides reliable technical support for the optimization of submersible electric pump wells, and provides a strong support for the development of oil production to low production wells and land in China, which has a certain significance for promoting the development of intelligent wellbore technology.
