直接換熱常規(guī)流程的改進(jìn)及分析

【摘要】:針對(duì)直接換熱(DHX)常規(guī)流程重接觸塔塔底凝液直接進(jìn)脫乙烷塔塔頂造成重接觸塔塔頂回流重?zé)N含量多、冷凝吸收效果差、丙烷回收率低的缺陷。通過增設(shè)脫乙烷塔塔頂回流罐得到兩種改進(jìn)流程:(1)改進(jìn)流程Ⅰ,脫乙烷塔塔頂回流罐分離液相作重接觸塔和脫乙烷塔塔頂回流;(2)改進(jìn)流程Ⅱ,脫乙烷塔塔頂回流罐分離氣相冷卻后作重接觸塔塔頂回流,分離液相作脫乙烷塔塔頂回流。并針對(duì)不同的原料氣壓力及氣質(zhì)貧富,對(duì)兩種改進(jìn)流程進(jìn)行調(diào)整,分別得到適用于中壓凝析氣、低壓油田伴生氣和高壓凝析氣丙烷回收的DHX改進(jìn)流程。并通過HYSYS軟件對(duì)3種流程進(jìn)行模擬對(duì)比分析,結(jié)果表明改進(jìn)流程Ⅰ對(duì)于中壓和高壓凝析氣丙烷回收率均很高(99%),但對(duì)于油田伴生氣改進(jìn)效果不明顯,并且改進(jìn)流程Ⅰ對(duì)高壓凝析氣進(jìn)行丙烷回收時(shí)能耗較高。而改進(jìn)流程Ⅱ在不同原料氣氣質(zhì)工況下均表現(xiàn)出很高的回收率(99%),且能耗較低,是一種回收率高、適應(yīng)范圍廣、節(jié)能高效的丙烷回收流程。因此可得結(jié)論:改進(jìn)流程Ⅱ是3種流程中的最佳丙烷回收流程,但改進(jìn)流程Ⅰ在某些特殊條件下也是一種值得參考的流程。
