適用于頁巖氣鉆井的油基泡沫鉆井液的研制

【摘要】:本論文主要是針對頁巖氣鉆井時頁巖水敏性強(qiáng),鉆井液漏失量大的問題,研制出了一種油基泡沫鉆井液。通過室內(nèi)實驗,合成出了一種油基發(fā)泡劑,并篩選出與之復(fù)配效果最佳的發(fā)泡劑,研制出了油基發(fā)泡劑配方;優(yōu)選油基穩(wěn)泡劑,研制出了油基穩(wěn)泡劑配方,最終配制出了一種油基泡沫鉆井液,并在不同條件下評價其性能,用電子顯微鏡觀察油基泡沫的微觀形態(tài)變化。具體研究內(nèi)容和取得的成果如下:(1)合成出了油基發(fā)泡劑BMG,優(yōu)化了反應(yīng)條件,評價了泡沫性能。其中,主要反應(yīng)物為:硬脂酸甲酯(C19H38O2)、N-芐基乙醇胺(CgH13NO)、縮水甘油(C3H6O2);最佳反應(yīng)條件為:反應(yīng)溫度1為140℃,反應(yīng)溫度2為45℃,反應(yīng)時間1為6h,反應(yīng)時間2為3h,催化劑KOH質(zhì)量濃度為0.8%,最佳反應(yīng)物摩爾比為:硬脂酸甲酯:N-芐基乙醇胺:縮水甘油=1.0:1.2:3.0;常溫下,質(zhì)量濃度為0.6%BMG在柴油中的發(fā)泡高度為200mL,半衰期為77s:在120℃時,發(fā)泡高度為190mL,半衰期為56s,可將柴油最初表面張力27.0mN/m降低到17.5mN/m0(2)通過篩選與復(fù)配油基發(fā)泡劑,研制出了最佳油基發(fā)泡劑配方BFG。其最佳配比為BMG:GMO3:1(質(zhì)量濃度比)。常溫下,質(zhì)量濃度為0.6%BFG泡沫高度最高達(dá)到260mL,半衰期在105s左右,泡沫綜合值達(dá)到20475mL.s,可將柴油的表面張力從27.0mN/m降低至16.0mN/m。(3)制備出了油基穩(wěn)泡劑HXG,其配方為:有機(jī)土:黃原膠=1:3(質(zhì)量濃度比),最佳質(zhì)量濃度為2.0%,加入該穩(wěn)泡劑后,發(fā)泡高度最高達(dá)為275mL,半衰期達(dá)245s,泡沫綜合值達(dá)50531mL-s。(4)確定了最佳油基泡沫鉆井液配方:柴油+0.6%BFG+2.0%HXG。該油基泡沫鉆井液抗溫能力在120℃~140℃;頁巖的滾動回收率為96.66%;抗巖屑能力達(dá)到15%左右,加入15%巖屑后,最大發(fā)泡高度為210mL,半衰期為200s;抗原油污染能力可達(dá)到15%;抗鹽能力大于14000mg/L;抗水侵能力大于20%。(5)不同條件下,油基泡沫微觀形態(tài)變化明顯。未添加其他物質(zhì)時,油基泡沫大小差異較大,大泡沫居多,泡沫形狀不規(guī)則;加入巖屑后,小泡沫變多,大泡沫的液膜周圍存在較多小泡沫,液膜中間也存在微小泡沫,巖屑大多殘留在液膜里面;加入原油后,原油與油基液充分混合,產(chǎn)生的泡沫基本呈現(xiàn)圓形,大泡沫較少,以小泡沫為主,并且泡沫液膜光滑;加入NaCl后,油基泡沫形狀基本為圓形,并且生成的大泡沫液膜上及泡沫之間的液相中產(chǎn)生了許多小氣泡;加入水后,油基大泡沫形狀不規(guī)則,小泡沫基本為圓形,微小泡沫增多。
[Abstract]:In this paper, an oil-based foam drilling fluid was developed to solve the problems of high water sensitivity and large leakage of drilling fluid in shale gas drilling. Through laboratory experiments, an oil-based foaming agent was synthesized, and the foaming agent with the best combination effect was screened out, the oil-based foaming agent formula was developed, the oil-based foaming agent was selected and the oil-based foaming stabilizer formula was developed. Finally, an oil-based foam drilling fluid was prepared, and its performance was evaluated under different conditions. The microscopic morphology of oil-based foam was observed by electron microscope. The main contents and achievements are as follows: (1) the oil based foaming agent BMGwas synthesized, the reaction conditions were optimized, and the foam properties were evaluated.
