利用流程模擬技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)氣分裝置操作優(yōu)化

【摘要】:煉油過(guò)程氣體分餾裝置是從液化石油氣中分離高純精丙烯(通常純度99.5%)的工藝,由于產(chǎn)品純度高,導(dǎo)致精餾過(guò)程分離級(jí)數(shù)多,回流比大,能耗高。因此平衡產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、收率和能耗之間的矛盾是氣分裝置操作優(yōu)化的核心,也是單純憑經(jīng)驗(yàn)所無(wú)法解決的問(wèn)題,因而促進(jìn)了流程模擬技術(shù)在氣分生產(chǎn)過(guò)程的應(yīng)用。本文首先建立了中石化海南煉化60萬(wàn)噸/年氣體分餾裝置的ASPEN全流程模擬模型,針對(duì)加工工質(zhì)為C2~C5低碳輕烴,選用Peng-Robinson熱力學(xué)狀態(tài)方程,并通過(guò)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)操作模擬擬合,確定了脫丙烷塔、脫乙烷塔和精丙烯塔的塔板效率以及全部再沸器和換熱器的效率,實(shí)現(xiàn)了仿真操作;繼而進(jìn)行了脫丙烷塔、脫乙烷塔和精丙烯塔的進(jìn)料板位置優(yōu)選,為現(xiàn)場(chǎng)操作調(diào)整提供了具體的指導(dǎo);最后,以最小化裝置有效能損失為目標(biāo),確定了裝置優(yōu)化運(yùn)行參數(shù)。另外,針對(duì)精丙烯塔塔底、塔頂溫差較小的特點(diǎn),提出了精丙烯塔熱泵流程改造方案。通過(guò)對(duì)進(jìn)料板位置、操作壓力、回流比進(jìn)行調(diào)整,裝置能耗有了顯著降低,由47.11千克標(biāo)油/t降為45.46千克標(biāo)油/t。
[Abstract]:The gas fractionation unit in refining process is a process for separating high purity propylene from liquefied petroleum gas (usually 99.5% purity). Due to the high purity of the product, there are many separation orders, high reflux ratio and high energy consumption in the distillation process. Therefore, balancing the contradiction between product quality, yield and energy consumption is the core of the operation optimization of gas separation unit, and it is also a problem that can not be solved by experience alone, thus promoting the application of process simulation technology in the process of gas separation production. In this paper, the whole process simulation model of Sinopec Hainan 600000 t / a gas fractionation unit is established. The Peng-Robinson thermodynamic equation of state is selected for the low carbon light hydrocarbon of C2C5, and the simulation is carried out in the field. The tray efficiency of depropane column, deethane tower and refined propylene column, as well as the efficiency of all reboiler and heat exchanger are determined, and the simulation operation is realized, and the feeding plate position of depropane tower, deethane tower and refined propylene tower is selected. At last, aiming at minimizing the effective loss of the device, the optimal operation parameters of the device are determined. In addition, according to the characteristics of the bottom of the refined propylene tower and the small temperature difference at the top of the tower, the revamping scheme of the heat pump process of the refined propylene tower is put forward. By adjusting the feed plate position, operating pressure and reflux ratio, the energy consumption of the unit has been significantly reduced from 47.11 kg / t to 45.46 kg / t.
