分層注汽井用新型空心注汽閥研制與應用

【摘要】:蒸汽驅(qū)注汽技術(shù)是目前開采稠油廣泛應用的技術(shù),其中注汽閥是技術(shù)中至關(guān)重要的一環(huán)。傳統(tǒng)的注汽閥主要采用噴嘴注汽的形式,通過改變噴嘴口徑大小來調(diào)整注入量。在投入使用前需根據(jù)設計注入量來確定噴嘴口徑并制作注汽閥,隨后進行修井作業(yè),把注汽閥連接在管柱上并下入井筒內(nèi)。傳統(tǒng)的注汽閥注汽量固定,調(diào)節(jié)注汽量需要將管柱全部起出并更換注汽閥,或進行繁雜的內(nèi)芯打撈投送作業(yè),效率低下。同時由于設計年代久遠,在實際應用中逐漸顯現(xiàn)出諸多問題,導致需要頻繁進行修井作業(yè),采油成本飆升。為了解決以上問題,設計并研制分層注汽井用新型空心注汽閥。分層注汽井用新型空心注汽閥是基于現(xiàn)場作業(yè)情況,設計并研發(fā)的易打撈、易投送、配汽量精準、采用環(huán)形氣流通道注汽的新型注汽閥裝置。本文分析了國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)有注汽閥技術(shù)的優(yōu)缺點,闡述了新型空心注汽閥的設計思路,在投入現(xiàn)場應用前,運用ANSYS、Fluent軟件對新型空心注汽閥進行了模擬分析,最后對新型空心注汽閥的現(xiàn)場應用效果進行跟蹤、分析和評價。研制之初,首先調(diào)查了現(xiàn)有分層注汽閥的優(yōu)勢與缺陷,總結(jié)傳統(tǒng)分層注汽閥應用中存在的問題,保留優(yōu)秀的設計思路。設計過程中充分調(diào)研現(xiàn)場應用環(huán)境,提出采用環(huán)形氣流通的設計思路,并逐步形成新型空心注汽閥及配套打撈及投送裝置的結(jié)構(gòu)設計,并完成圖紙繪制。應用有限元軟件ANSYS實現(xiàn)了對新型空心注汽閥有限元模型的建立,模擬實際應用條件下各部位的應力情況應力,分析了關(guān)鍵部位的應力分布,推斷新型空心注汽閥的在工況下的結(jié)構(gòu)承載能力。應用利用Fluent軟件對新型空心注汽閥的流體性能進行了評估。設計配套室內(nèi)試驗裝置并制作了實驗樣機進行了室內(nèi)及現(xiàn)場試驗,同時在遼河油田不同地層特性的區(qū)塊進行了現(xiàn)場應用,并對現(xiàn)場應用效果進行評估。新型空心注汽閥及其配套投撈工具獲國家授權(quán)發(fā)明專利一項,實用新型專利兩項。截止2017年1月,新型空心注汽閥已分別在遼河油田蒸汽區(qū)塊和蒸汽吞吐區(qū)塊進行了現(xiàn)場應用,完成了多井次投撈試驗,總體應用效果較傳統(tǒng)注汽閥更加優(yōu)秀。新型空心注汽閥的研發(fā)將有效解決目前分層汽驅(qū)注汽閥所面臨的技術(shù)難題,并對未來注汽閥技術(shù)的發(fā)展產(chǎn)生深遠的影響。同時由于新型空心注汽閥具有通用性,可適用于蒸汽驅(qū)、SAGD、蒸汽吞吐及火燒油層及特殊井的選層注汽等稠油熱采工藝管柱,因此具有非常大的市場推廣價值。
[Abstract]:Steam flooding technology is a widely used technology for heavy oil exploitation at present. The steam injection valve is a vital part of the technology. The traditional steam injection valve mainly adopts the form of nozzle injection to adjust the injection quantity by changing the size of the nozzle. The steam injection valve is connected to the pipe column and down into the wellbore. The traditional steam injection valve is fixed and the steam injection amount needs to be taken out and replaced by the steam injection valve, or the complex inner core fishing operation is carried out, and the efficiency is low. In order to solve the above problems, a new hollow steam injection valve for stratified steam injection well is designed and developed for solving the above problems. A new type of hollow steam injection valve used for stratified injection well is designed and developed, which is easy to salvage, easy to deliver, accurate distribution of steam, and a new injection of steam injection in annular airflow channel. The advantages and disadvantages of the current steam injection valve technology at home and abroad are analyzed and the design idea of the new type hollow steam injection valve is expounded. The new hollow steam injection valve is simulated and analyzed with ANSYS and Fluent software before putting into field application. Finally, the field application effect of the new hollow steam injection valve is tracked, analyzed and evaluated. At the beginning, the advantages and defects of the existing stratified steam injection valve are investigated, and the existing problems in the application of the traditional stratified steam injection valve are summarized, and the excellent design ideas are retained. In the process of design, the field application environment is fully investigated and the design idea of annular gas circulation is put forward, and a new type of hollow steam injection valve and a supporting fishing and feeding device are gradually formed. The finite element model of the new type hollow steam injection valve is established by using the finite element software ANSYS. The stress condition stress of each part under the actual application conditions is simulated, the stress distribution of the key parts is analyzed, and the structure bearing capacity of the new hollow steam injection valve is deduced. The application of Fluent is applied to the design of the new hollow steam injection valve. The software is used to evaluate the fluid performance of the new type of hollow steam injection valve. The laboratory test device is designed and the experimental prototype is made in laboratory and field test. At the same time, the field application of the different stratum characteristics in Liaohe Oilfield is applied, and the field application results are evaluated. The new hollow steam injection valve and its supporting fishing tool are also evaluated. In January 2017, the new type of hollow steam injection valve has been applied to the steam block and steam huff and puff block in Liaohe Oilfield, and the new type of hollow steam injection valve has been applied in the Liaohe oil field and the steam huff and puff block respectively in January 2017. The multi well salvage test has been completed. The overall application effect is better than the traditional steam injection valve. The research and development of the new hollow steam injection valve will be effectively solved. At the same time, the technical problems faced by the steam injection valve in the stratified steam drive are resolved and the future development of the steam injection valve technology has a profound influence. At the same time, because of the versatility of the new hollow steam injection valve, it can be applied to the steam flooding, SAGD, steam huff and puff, the burning oil layer and the selection of the special well.
