杜66區(qū)塊火燒油層點火參數(shù)影響因素研究

【摘要】:點火是火燒油層工藝中的關鍵過程。所謂“點火”是指原油在一定溫度、注氣強度條件下由低溫氧化自發(fā)的向高溫氧化轉換,當達到自燃點時引起燃燒。不同的原油及儲層性質所需要的點火工藝不同,對于杜66油藏而言,已進入先導性試驗階段,在抬升油藏溫度達到自燃點溫度過程中的原油氧化性質、反應速率、熱效應與油藏溫度、注氣壓力之間的關系不明確,儲層性質對燃料分布和空氣供給量等的影響缺乏理論依據(jù),有必要通過室內(nèi)實驗和理論分析對氧化反應前后原油的物理化學性質以及點火基礎參數(shù)進行深入研究。本文利用室內(nèi)實驗手段,模擬不同溫度-壓力條件下杜66稠油在點火過程中的不同氧化反應階段,對反應過程中溫度、壓力變化規(guī)律,反應前后氣體組分、原油流變性及原油組分變化規(guī)律進行研究,研究表明:杜66稠油與空氣氧化反應可分為低溫氧化反應(65℃-240℃)和高溫氧化反應(260℃以上)兩個階段,其中低溫氧化反應階段包括加氧聚合反應階段(65℃-170℃)和瀝青質沉積階段(190℃-240℃)。在歸納總結國外成功火燒油層項目的現(xiàn)場資料及國內(nèi)外學者建立的經(jīng)驗公式基礎上,對燃料消耗量預測模型、空氣需要量預測模型、氧氣利用率方程進行了修正;根據(jù)灰色關聯(lián)分析法建立了注氣量劈分方程,并根據(jù)杜66油藏的現(xiàn)場實際情況對修正和建立的模型進行了分析。
[Abstract]:Ignition is a key process in the process of burning oil layers. The so-called "ignition" refers to the spontaneous conversion of crude oil from low temperature oxidation to high temperature oxidation under certain temperature and gas injection intensity, which is caused by combustion when the spontaneous combustion point is reached. Different oil and reservoir properties require different ignition processes. For Du66 reservoir, the oxidation property and reaction rate of crude oil in the process of uplift reservoir temperature reaching the spontaneous combustion point temperature have entered the stage of pilot test. The relationship between thermal effect and reservoir temperature and gas injection pressure is not clear, and the influence of reservoir properties on fuel distribution and air supply is lack of theoretical basis. It is necessary to study the physical and chemical properties of crude oil before and after oxidation and the basic parameters of ignition through laboratory experiments and theoretical analysis. In this paper, the different oxidation reaction stages of Du66 heavy oil under different temperature-pressure conditions are simulated by laboratory experiments. The temperature and pressure changes in the reaction process and the gas components before and after the reaction are studied. The rheological properties of crude oil and the variation of crude oil composition are studied.
