熱采開發(fā)技術(shù)在JQ稠油油藏的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:熱力采油作為目前稠油開發(fā)的主要手段,能夠有效升高油層溫度,降低稠油粘度,使稠油易于流動(dòng),從而將稠油采出。蒸汽吞吐是先向油井注入一定量的蒸汽,關(guān)井一段時(shí)間,待蒸汽的熱能向油層擴(kuò)散后,再開井生產(chǎn)的一種開采稠油的增產(chǎn)方法。蒸汽驅(qū)采油技術(shù)是將蒸汽注入到一口或多口井中,將地層中粘度較大的稠油加熱降粘,然后在蒸汽蒸餾的作用下,把原油驅(qū)向鄰近多口生產(chǎn)井中并采出來。JQ稠油油藏屬于高孔、中高滲透稠油油層,研究區(qū)塊的蒸汽吞吐及蒸汽驅(qū)熱采開發(fā)情況具有重要意義。從JQ稠油油藏蒸汽吞吐開發(fā)實(shí)際情況得出,經(jīng)過蒸汽吞吐開采,達(dá)到產(chǎn)油效果,油層熱連通程度得到改善。但仍存在由于熱損失造成蒸汽干度降低,井間干擾,油層吸汽不均等問題,需通過提高注汽的速度,減少注汽時(shí)間;組合式吞吐技術(shù)分層、選層注汽技術(shù)等,以改善蒸汽吞吐的效果。從JQ稠油油藏蒸汽吞吐后期轉(zhuǎn)蒸汽驅(qū)開發(fā)的實(shí)際情況得出,為提高稠油油藏產(chǎn)量方面發(fā)揮了重要的作用,但油井含水上升快、蒸汽竄問題也日益突出,成為影響熱采開發(fā)效果的主要問題。因此為解決該問題,通過優(yōu)選耐高溫調(diào)堵液,判斷地層是否存在大孔道及確定大孔道封堵劑用量等措施,緩解了平面、層間矛盾,達(dá)到提高采收率的目的。
[Abstract]:Thermal recovery, as the main means of heavy oil development, can effectively raise reservoir temperature, reduce viscous oil viscosity and make heavy oil flow easily, thus heavy oil can be extracted. Steam huff and puff is a method to increase the production of heavy oil by injecting a certain amount of steam into the oil well and closing the well for a period of time after the heat energy of the steam diffuses to the reservoir and then opens the well to produce the heavy oil. Steam flooding oil recovery technology is to inject steam into one or more wells, heat and reduce viscosity of viscous heavy oil in formation, and then drive crude oil into neighboring production wells and produce. JQ heavy oil reservoir belongs to high porosity under the action of steam distillation. It is of great significance to study steam huff and puff and steam drive thermal recovery in middle and high permeability heavy oil reservoirs. From the actual situation of steam huff and puff development in JQ heavy oil reservoir, it is concluded that through steam huff and puff production, the oil production effect is achieved and the thermal connectivity degree of the reservoir is improved. However, there are still some problems such as decrease of steam dryness caused by heat loss, interwell interference, uneven absorption of steam in oil reservoir, need to increase steam injection speed to reduce steam injection time, combined huff and puff technology for stratification, selection of reservoir steam injection technology, etc. To improve the effect of steam huff and puff. From the actual situation of steam flooding in JQ heavy oil reservoir in the later stage of steam huff and puff, it is concluded that it plays an important role in improving the production of heavy oil reservoir, but the water cut of oil well rises quickly and the problem of steam channeling becomes more and more prominent. It has become the main problem that affects the development effect of thermal recovery. So in order to solve this problem, by selecting the high temperature resistant plugging fluid, judging whether there is a large pore channel and determining the amount of plugging agent, the contradiction between plane and layer can be alleviated, and the recovery efficiency can be improved.
