【摘要】：大理市能源結(jié)構(gòu)以煤炭為主,天然氣市場尚為空白。中緬兩國政府簽署的“引進(jìn)緬甸天然氣資源合作項(xiàng)目”,為大理市開發(fā)“以氣代煤、以氣代油”的城市清潔燃?xì)忭?xiàng)目提供了良好的機(jī)遇,新建的中緬天然氣管道將從大理市經(jīng)過,并在該市設(shè)置分輸站一座,大理市已具備使用天然氣的外部條件,因此對大理市開展天然氣利用項(xiàng)目勢在必行。按照國家規(guī)定,對所有建設(shè)項(xiàng)目,都必須進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目可行性研究分析,以保障項(xiàng)目投資決策的正確。 本文以大理市天然氣利用項(xiàng)目作為研究對象,從天然氣氣源、大理市市場結(jié)構(gòu)、供氣范圍等因素出發(fā),對該項(xiàng)目包括站場、管網(wǎng)及通用工程部分進(jìn)行設(shè)計,結(jié)合投資估算和財務(wù)分析,對大理市天然氣利用項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行可行性研究。最終通過工程可行性、技術(shù)可行性、財務(wù)可行性和投資風(fēng)險性等多個角度對該項(xiàng)目的方案進(jìn)行了評價,驗(yàn)證了大理市天然氣利用項(xiàng)目實(shí)施的可行性,確立了最終方案,并提出了項(xiàng)目建議。
[Abstract]:Dali energy structure to coal-based, natural gas market is still blank. The "Cooperation Project on the introduction of Natural Gas Resources into Myanmar" signed by the Chinese and Myanmar governments provides a good opportunity for the development of a clean gas project in Dali, which uses gas instead of coal and gas instead of oil. The new Sino-Myanmar natural gas pipeline will pass through Dali city and set up a distribution station in the city. Dali city already has the external conditions to use natural gas, so it is imperative to carry out natural gas utilization project in Dali city. According to national regulations, all construction projects must be studied and analyzed in order to ensure the correct decision of project investment. This paper takes the Dali natural gas utilization project as the research object, from the natural gas source, the Dali city market structure, the gas supply scope and so on factor, carries on the design to the project including the station, the pipe network and the general purpose engineering part. Combined with investment estimation and financial analysis, the feasibility of Dali natural gas utilization project is studied. Finally, through engineering feasibility, technical feasibility, financial feasibility and investment risk, the project is evaluated, the feasibility of natural gas utilization project in Dali city is verified, and the final plan is established. And put forward the project proposal.
