空心球狀氧化鋅的制備及其脫硫性能研究

【摘要】:采用葡萄糖為模板劑,通過水熱法合成了ZnO空心球,用等體積浸漬法在氧化鋅空心球上負(fù)載金屬Ni,制成脫硫催化劑。通過X射線衍射(XRD),N_2吸附-脫附(BET),掃描電鏡(SEM)等方法對(duì)催化劑進(jìn)行了表征;并以正庚烷-噻吩為模型化合物,考察了其脫硫性能。結(jié)果表明氧化鋅空心球具有較大的比表面積和孔體積,有利于汽油中含硫化合物的擴(kuò)散和吸附。在反應(yīng)溫度320℃、壓力1.0 MPa、進(jìn)料體積空速為6h~(-1)、氫氣與模擬油體積比為60的條件下,脫硫率可高達(dá)95.5%,擁有很大的工業(yè)應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:ZnO hollow spheres were synthesized by hydrothermal method using glucose as template. Metal Ni was loaded on zinc oxide hollow spheres by equal volume impregnation to prepare desulfurization catalyst. The catalyst was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), adsorption-desorption (BET) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and its desulfurization performance was investigated with n-heptane-thiophene as model compound. The results show that zinc oxide hollow spheres have a large specific surface area and pore volume, which is conducive to the diffusion and adsorption of sulfur compounds in gasoline.
