螺桿泵定轉(zhuǎn)子周期性接觸非線性有限元分析

【摘要】:定轉(zhuǎn)子由定子和轉(zhuǎn)子組成,是井下螺桿泵的核心部件,提高定轉(zhuǎn)子的工作性能對(duì)螺桿泵采油效率的提升有重要意義。定轉(zhuǎn)子的工作性能受到多種因素的影響,本文通過(guò)對(duì)定轉(zhuǎn)子進(jìn)行線型、溫度場(chǎng)、非均勻流體壓力的理論分析之后,在給定初始過(guò)盈量、井溫和溶脹的條件下,施加非均勻流體壓力,建立了定轉(zhuǎn)子周期性接觸非線性有限元模型,進(jìn)行定轉(zhuǎn)子的生熱和非線性接觸的數(shù)值模擬分析。對(duì)定子橡膠襯套的滯后生熱和摩擦生熱進(jìn)行比較,證明摩擦生熱可以被忽略。對(duì)不同液壓施加情況下的生熱變化和接觸壓力變化進(jìn)行比較,以及對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)子轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)前是否施加滯后生熱溫度場(chǎng)兩種情況下的接觸壓力進(jìn)行比較,為更精確的模擬定轉(zhuǎn)子實(shí)際工況提供依據(jù)。分析了不同的材料硬度、不同的轉(zhuǎn)速、不同的損耗因子對(duì)定轉(zhuǎn)子生熱和接觸的影響,材料硬度的增加導(dǎo)致橡膠襯套溫升減小,接觸壓力、等效應(yīng)力增加;轉(zhuǎn)速和損耗因子的增加均主要導(dǎo)致橡膠襯套溫升的增加。在實(shí)際應(yīng)用中,可根據(jù)實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)試的定子橡膠溶脹率和實(shí)現(xiàn)密封效果的接觸壓力,指導(dǎo)定轉(zhuǎn)子初始過(guò)盈或間隙的設(shè)計(jì)值。
[Abstract]:Stator and rotor are the core components of screw pump. It is very important to improve the performance of stator and rotor to improve the oil recovery efficiency of screw pump. The working performance of stator and rotor is affected by many factors. After the theoretical analysis of linear, temperature field and non-uniform fluid pressure of stator and rotor, under the condition of given initial interference and well mild swelling, The nonlinear finite element model of periodic contact between stator and rotor is established by applying non-uniform fluid pressure. The heat generation and nonlinear contact of stator and rotor are simulated and analyzed numerically. By comparing the delayed heat generation and friction heat generation of the stator rubber bushing, it is proved that the friction heat generation can be neglected. The heat generation change and contact pressure change under different hydraulic pressure are compared, and the contact pressure is compared under the condition of whether or not the temperature field of hysteresis heat generation is applied before rotor rotation. It provides a basis for more accurate simulation of the actual working conditions of stator and rotor. The influence of different material hardness, different rotation speed and different loss factor on heat generation and contact between stator and rotor is analyzed. The increase of material hardness leads to the decrease of rubber bushing temperature, the contact pressure and the increase of equivalent stress. The increase of rotational speed and loss factor mainly leads to the increase of temperature rise of rubber bushing. In practical application, the design value of initial interference or clearance of stator and rotor can be guided according to the swelling rate of stator rubber and the contact pressure to realize sealing effect.
