J16塊二元驅(qū)多段塞等流度注入方法研究

【摘要】:J16塊試驗(yàn)區(qū)實(shí)施二元驅(qū)以來,由于地層非均質(zhì)性的影響,產(chǎn)生部分注入井單層吸液量過大,注入液在各層中的推進(jìn)速度不一致,相應(yīng)的采油井聚合物濃度上升較快等問題。因此需要開展二元驅(qū)多段塞等流度注入方法研究,通過高滲通道局部截流提高壓力梯度來解決這種矛盾。通過開展不同分子量聚合二元體系不同粘度條件下均質(zhì)巖心注入實(shí)驗(yàn),進(jìn)行等流度段塞設(shè)計(jì)。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:在相同滲透率條件下,同一分子量聚合物配制二元體系流度與粘度成冪函數(shù)關(guān)系。通過開展三管并聯(lián)巖心注入實(shí)驗(yàn),進(jìn)行等流度段塞流度控制能力研究。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:籠統(tǒng)注入方式下,連續(xù)降分子量等流度注入方案對(duì)分流率控制不如單一高分子量方案好。分層分質(zhì)注入時(shí),連續(xù)降分子量注入方法可達(dá)到理想的分流率控制效果。分層分質(zhì)等流度方案采出程度比單段塞籠統(tǒng)注入方案高出19.11%,采收率提高值主要貢獻(xiàn)于低滲透層。通過開展三層非均質(zhì)巖心驅(qū)油實(shí)驗(yàn),考察多段塞等流度方法驅(qū)油效果。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:選用單一分子量(2500×104)聚合物時(shí),三段塞等流度二元驅(qū)油體系采出程度高于常規(guī)單段塞驅(qū)4.45%。連續(xù)將分子量4輪次等流度段塞注入時(shí)化學(xué)驅(qū)采出程度最高為35.2%,高于單段塞方案13.92%。連續(xù)降分子量4輪次注入能夠更好的控制含水上升速度,長時(shí)間維持較高注入壓力,更大限度增強(qiáng)等流度驅(qū)油效果。
[Abstract]:Since the binary flooding was carried out in block J16, due to the influence of formation heterogeneity, some problems such as too large amount of single-layer fluid absorption in some injection wells, inconsistent propelling speed of injection fluid in each layer, and rapid increase of polymer concentration in the corresponding oil wells are also discussed. Therefore, it is necessary to study the method of equal mobility injection for binary flooding with multiple slugs, and to solve this contradiction by increasing pressure gradient by local closure of high permeability channel. The constant mobility slug design was carried out through the experiments of homogeneous core injection under different molecular weight polymerization binary systems and different viscosity conditions. The experimental results show that under the same permeability condition, the mobility and viscosity of binary system prepared by the same molecular weight polymer are power function. Through three parallel core injection experiments, the fluidity control ability of constant mobility slug was studied. The experimental results show that under the general injection mode, the constant mobility injection scheme with continuous molecular weight reduction is not as good as the single high molecular weight scheme in controlling the shunt rate. Continuous molecular weight reduction injection method can achieve ideal shunt rate control effect. The recovery degree of the stratified equal mobility scheme is 19.1111 higher than that of the single slug general injection scheme, and the enhanced oil recovery mainly contributes to the low permeability layer. Through three layers heterogeneous core flooding experiment, the displacement effect of multi-slug equal mobility method was investigated. The experimental results show that the recovery degree of triple-slug iso-mobility binary flooding system is higher than that of conventional single-slug flooding with a single molecular weight (2500 脳 10 ~ 4) polymer. When the molecular weight of 4 rounds of constant mobility slug is continuously injected, the highest recovery degree of chemical flooding is 35.2g, which is higher than that of single slug scheme 13.92. Continuously reducing molecular weight 4 times injection can better control the water cut rising speed, maintain high injection pressure for a long time, and enhance the displacement effect of constant mobility oil to a greater extent.
