【摘要】:微生物提高石油采收率技術(shù)是極具開發(fā)潛力的三次采油技術(shù)之一,目前已成為石油界研究的新熱點(diǎn),它是繼傳統(tǒng)的熱驅(qū)、化學(xué)驅(qū)和氣驅(qū)之后的第四種新的提高原油采收率的方法,有著非常好的工業(yè)化礦場(chǎng)應(yīng)用前景。在國(guó)內(nèi)外開展的微生物采油先導(dǎo)性礦場(chǎng)試驗(yàn)已初見成效,比較典型的是美國(guó)和俄羅斯,我國(guó)的吉林油田、勝利油田、大慶油田等油田也先后進(jìn)行了礦場(chǎng)試驗(yàn),油田的增產(chǎn)效果明顯。微生物采油技術(shù)的應(yīng)用從過(guò)去的單井處理到現(xiàn)在向整個(gè)區(qū)塊或油田發(fā)展,呈現(xiàn)蓬勃發(fā)展的趨勢(shì)。目前,人們對(duì)微生物采油技術(shù)的關(guān)注傾向于礦場(chǎng)實(shí)驗(yàn)方面,而對(duì)微生物及其產(chǎn)物的在提高采收率方面能夠發(fā)揮多大的作用缺少深入的理論研究。本文介紹了微生物采油技術(shù)的國(guó)內(nèi)外發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,分析了微生物采油技術(shù)的優(yōu)點(diǎn),立足于微生物調(diào)剖機(jī)理,探討了生物膜的形成對(duì)多孔介質(zhì)滲透率產(chǎn)生的影響。通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)與理論模型相結(jié)合的方式,篩選出適合微生物驅(qū)油的繁殖較快、適應(yīng)能力較強(qiáng)的菌種;用巖芯實(shí)驗(yàn)考察生物膜對(duì)滲透率的影響能力,并用Taylor模型、Seki模型、Clement模型3種模型進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證;應(yīng)用分形理論計(jì)算出相對(duì)滲透率表達(dá)式模型,與實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)得結(jié)果相結(jié)合探討生物膜對(duì)相對(duì)滲透率的影響。
[Abstract]:Microbial enhanced oil recovery technology is one of the most potential tertiary oil recovery technologies, and has become a new research hotspot in the petroleum field. The fourth new method of improving oil recovery after chemical flooding and gas flooding has a very good prospect of industrial application. Pilot field tests of microbial oil extraction have been carried out at home and abroad. Typical of them are the United States and Russia, Jilin Oilfield, Shengli Oilfield, Daqing Oilfield and other oilfields in China. The effect of increasing production in oil fields is obvious. The application of microbial oil recovery technology from single well treatment to the whole block or oil field is developing rapidly. At present, people tend to pay attention to microbial oil recovery technology in field experiments, but there is no deep theoretical study on how much microbes and their products can play in enhancing oil recovery. This paper introduces the development of microbial oil recovery technology at home and abroad, analyzes the advantages of microbial oil recovery technology, discusses the influence of biofilm formation on the permeability of porous media based on the mechanism of microbial profile control. Through the combination of experiments and theoretical models, the bacteria that are suitable for microbial oil displacement are screened out, and the influence of biofilm on permeability is investigated by core experiment. Taylor model Seki model and Clement model were used to verify the model, and fractal theory was used to calculate the expression model of relative permeability, and the effect of biofilm on relative permeability was discussed in combination with the experimental results.
