M油田K95斷塊開發(fā)調(diào)整技術(shù)對策研究

【摘要】:K95斷塊是華北油田南部區(qū)域的主力油氣生產(chǎn)油藏,在達到產(chǎn)量高峰后逐漸進入高含水開發(fā)階段,注水井注水難度大,穩(wěn)產(chǎn)形勢非常嚴(yán)峻。本文針對油藏開發(fā)過程中暴露的突出問題,深入分析本斷塊地質(zhì)儲層特征、流體物性以及開發(fā)歷程與現(xiàn)狀。本文進行了儲層滲流特征評價,完成了儲層巖石的X-射線衍射分析、敏感性評價、滲流特征評價室內(nèi)實驗和研究工作:7塊樣品的儲層巖石X-衍射和粘土礦物分析實驗;15塊樣品的儲層敏感性評價(3塊樣品酸敏、3塊樣品水敏、3塊樣品速敏、3塊樣品堿敏和3塊樣品鹽敏實驗);儲層滲流特征評價(7塊巖樣相滲實驗,9塊巖樣水驅(qū)油實驗)。儲層屬中低孔低滲儲層,非均質(zhì)性強,Ⅱ油組更加嚴(yán)重。儲層表現(xiàn)為強水敏~極強水敏,強鹽敏~極強鹽敏,中等偏強酸敏~強酸敏,中等偏強堿敏~強堿敏特征,無速敏。相滲實驗數(shù)據(jù)表明,Ⅰ油組油相滲透率隨含水飽和度的增加下降較快,Ⅰ、Ⅱ油組兩相滲流區(qū)較窄,儲層殘余油飽和度相對較高。在上述研究的基礎(chǔ)上,開展了注采系統(tǒng)的適應(yīng)性研究,主要包括合理注采井?dāng)?shù)比、注采比、合理井距、合理壓力水平及水驅(qū)開發(fā)效果評價研究。油藏開發(fā)初期注采井網(wǎng)能夠滿足油藏開發(fā)的需要,大部分油井均見到較好的注水效果。進行了措施效果及適應(yīng)性的評價,包括壓裂、酸化解堵、卡堵水、注水井等措施分析,包括油井和水井的措施適應(yīng)性分析。進行了剩余油潛力評價研究。經(jīng)過構(gòu)造精細(xì)解釋與地層對比,與原構(gòu)造發(fā)生變化,在K95主斷塊高部位、K95-2x井與K95-4x井間具有無井控制區(qū),具備進一步鉆井完善的潛力。K95斷塊構(gòu)造復(fù)雜,經(jīng)過多年的開采過程之后,地下油水關(guān)系更加復(fù)雜,后備油層少,調(diào)整挖潛難度大,目前油田處于開發(fā)中后期,應(yīng)加大油藏動態(tài)監(jiān)測力度,進行更為詳細(xì)的地質(zhì)認(rèn)識,以保證油田的高效生產(chǎn)。通過進行儲層滲流特征評價,研究儲層巖石礦物敏感性對注水、酸化開發(fā)的影響,探求注采系統(tǒng)的適應(yīng)性規(guī)律以及保障措施的效果與適應(yīng)性規(guī)律,結(jié)合剩余油潛力找到合理的調(diào)整方案,相關(guān)成果通過在現(xiàn)場實施,達到了減緩遞減、提高油藏開發(fā)的效果,有效地指導(dǎo)油田生產(chǎn),并為同類型油藏穩(wěn)產(chǎn)、減緩遞減開發(fā)提供了借鑒。
[Abstract]:K95 fault block is the main oil and gas production reservoir in the southern region of North China Oilfield. After reaching the peak of production, it has gradually entered the stage of high water cut development, the injection well is difficult to be injected and the stable production situation is very serious. In this paper, the geological reservoir characteristics, fluid physical properties, development history and present situation of the fault block are deeply analyzed in view of the outstanding problems exposed during reservoir development. In this paper, the reservoir percolation characteristics are evaluated, and the X ray diffraction analysis and sensitivity evaluation of the reservoir rock are completed.
