咪唑類離子液體用于脫除燃油中噻吩的研究

【摘要】:選擇3種離子液體[HMIM][PF_6]、[BMIM][BF_4]和[EMIM][BF_4]為萃取脫硫溶劑對(duì)燃油進(jìn)行深度脫硫,以苯并噻吩和正辛烷組成模型油,用分子連接性指數(shù)法選出了最優(yōu)離子液體萃取劑為[HMIM][PF_6]。接著通過脫硫?qū)嶒?yàn)對(duì)所選離子液體在不同溫度、攪拌時(shí)間、劑油比及萃取級(jí)數(shù)條件下的脫硫性能以及30℃下噻吩類硫化物的分配系數(shù)進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)研究和系統(tǒng)分析,并對(duì)離子液體進(jìn)行了回收。結(jié)果表明,這3種離子液體對(duì)硫組分都有一定的去除能力,除硫能力最好且分配系數(shù)最大的均為[HMIM][PF_6],且回收利用多次后脫硫性能仍較高,說明其可以作為良好的萃取脫硫劑,并在未來脫硫工業(yè)中有一定的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:Three kinds of ionic liquids [HMIM] [PF6], [BMIM] [BFStu4] and [EMIM] [BF4] were selected for deep desulfurization of fuel oil. The model oil composed of benzothiophene and n-octane was selected as the optimal ionic liquid extractant [HMIM] [PF6] by molecular connectivity index method.
