透油阻水找堵水一體化技術

【摘要】:針對傳統(tǒng)的機械找堵水技術存在作業(yè)次數(shù)多、施工量大、效率低等問題,開發(fā)了一種新型的透油阻水找堵水一體化工藝管柱。該工藝管柱由采油泵、封隔器、阻水器及絲堵組成,核心工具為阻水器。在不動管柱的情況下,利用阻水器對流經(jīng)流體水相起到一定阻擋作用而讓油相自由通過的性能,實現(xiàn)任意高含水層段動態(tài)找堵水一體化施工。該技術環(huán)保安全、性能可靠,縮短了施工周期,降低了作業(yè)成本。
[Abstract]:In view of the problems existing in the traditional mechanical water finding and plugging technology, such as many times of operation, large amount of construction, low efficiency and so on, a new type of integrated pipe string for oil permeation and water shutoff is developed. The process string consists of oil pump, Packer, water arrester and wire plug. The core tool is water arrester. In the case of fixed pipe string, the water arrester is used to block the flow through the fluid water phase and allow the oil phase to pass freely, so as to realize the integrated construction of dynamic searching and plugging water in any high aquifer section. The technology is environmentally safe, reliable, shortens the construction period and reduces the operating cost.
