電絮凝技術(shù)對水包油型乳化液破乳的實驗研究

【摘要】:采用電絮凝技術(shù)對模擬乳液進(jìn)行破乳,考察初始溫度、電流密度、攪拌速率對除油效果的影響,以除油率均勻性指數(shù),評價破乳效率,并修正成本消耗公式。結(jié)果表明,電流密度增大時,除油均勻性指數(shù)先顯著上升后變化緩慢,但成本消耗先增長緩慢而后顯著上升。不攪拌時,初始溫度25℃下,電流密度100 A/m~2,18 min的破乳效果最優(yōu);除油率均勻指數(shù)99.1%,Al的消耗量0.09 g/g,能量消耗量1.03 k Wh/kg。
[Abstract]:The effects of initial temperature, current density and agitation rate on the oil removal efficiency were investigated by using the electroflocculation technique. The demulsification efficiency was evaluated and the cost consumption formula was revised according to the homogeneity index of the oil removal rate. The results show that when the current density increases, the oil removal uniformity index firstly increases significantly and then changes slowly, but the cost consumption increases slowly first and then increases significantly.
