【摘要】:大慶西部外圍油田大多為低產(chǎn)低滲透油田,原油物性差,單井產(chǎn)量低,油田分散,單位產(chǎn)能建設(shè)投資高,集輸能耗大,約有80%的天然氣消耗在油氣集輸上。所以,采取低溫集輸技術(shù)節(jié)能潛力很大,有必要針對(duì)大慶西部外圍低產(chǎn)區(qū)塊的實(shí)際情況,開(kāi)展低產(chǎn)油田降溫集輸及處理方法研究。為了開(kāi)展低產(chǎn)油田降溫集輸及處理方法研究,必須首先明確各個(gè)油田區(qū)塊影響集輸特性的含水原油的性質(zhì)和變化規(guī)律,為此,結(jié)合大慶西部外圍低產(chǎn)區(qū)塊原油物性、地理?xiàng)l件和生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)狀,開(kāi)展了原油降溫集輸工藝的相關(guān)室內(nèi)實(shí)驗(yàn)。從12個(gè)油田區(qū)塊和5個(gè)聯(lián)合站取得了原油和產(chǎn)出水樣品,實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)定了不同含水條件下的原油的流變特性和黏溫特性,可為各個(gè)區(qū)塊原油集輸?shù)淖畹蜏囟群妥罴鸭斄魉俚拇_定提供可靠依據(jù);測(cè)定了各個(gè)區(qū)塊原油的乳化特性,確定油水乳狀液的轉(zhuǎn)相點(diǎn),從而確定出摻水集輸?shù)淖畹蛽剿?通過(guò)原油破乳脫水實(shí)驗(yàn),優(yōu)選與各個(gè)區(qū)塊原油性質(zhì)相對(duì)應(yīng)的破乳劑,并與電脫水工藝結(jié)合,測(cè)定了不同脫水參數(shù)下的處理效果,確定了脫水制度,可為采出液的低溫處理提供依據(jù),為制定出適合于大慶西部外圍低產(chǎn)區(qū)塊的低溫集輸管理制度提供理論依據(jù),達(dá)到節(jié)能降耗的目的。
[Abstract]:Most of the peripheral oilfields in the western part of Daqing are low-yield and low-permeability oilfields, with poor physical properties of crude oil, low single well production, dispersed oil fields, high investment in unit productivity construction, high energy consumption of gathering and transportation, and about 80% of natural gas is consumed in oil and gas gathering and transportation. Therefore, low temperature gathering and transportation technology has great potential for energy saving. It is necessary to carry out research on cooling gathering, transportation and treatment methods of low yield oil fields in accordance with the actual situation of low yield blocks in the western periphery of Daqing. In order to study the methods of cooling gathering and transportation in low-yield oilfields, it is necessary to first make clear the properties and variation laws of water-cut crude oil which affects the gathering and transportation characteristics of each oilfield block. Therefore, combined with the physical properties of crude oil in the low-yield blocks in the western periphery of Daqing, The related laboratory experiments of crude oil cooling gathering and transportation technology were carried out under geographical conditions and production status. Crude oil and produced water samples were obtained from 12 oil field blocks and 5 joint stations. The rheological and temperature properties of crude oil under different water cut conditions were measured experimentally. It can provide reliable basis for the determination of the minimum temperature and the best gathering and transporting velocity of crude oil in each block, determine the emulsifying characteristics of crude oil in each block, and determine the phase transition point of oil-water emulsion, so as to determine the minimum amount of water mixed in water gathering and transportation. Through the demulsification and dehydration experiment of crude oil, the demulsifier corresponding to the properties of crude oil in each block was selected, and combined with the electric dehydration process, the treatment effect under different dehydration parameters was determined, and the dehydration system was determined. It can provide the basis for the low-temperature treatment of the produced liquid, and provide the theoretical basis for establishing a low-temperature gathering and transportation management system suitable for the low-yield block in the western periphery of Yu Daqing, so as to achieve the purpose of saving energy and reducing consumption.
