二類油層弱堿石油磺酸鹽三元復(fù)合體系性能研究

【摘要】:本文從弱堿三元復(fù)合體系表面活性劑的驅(qū)油機(jī)理入手,采用室內(nèi)模擬巖心驅(qū)油實(shí)驗(yàn)和現(xiàn)場示范區(qū)塊試驗(yàn)研究的方法,結(jié)合大慶油田采油三廠現(xiàn)場注采井網(wǎng)生產(chǎn)資料以及地層發(fā)育狀況,重點(diǎn)對弱堿三元復(fù)合體系性能進(jìn)行了評價(jià),從而得出弱堿三元復(fù)合體系現(xiàn)場注入方案,完善了三元復(fù)合驅(qū)試驗(yàn)效果評價(jià)指標(biāo),為北三東示范區(qū)三元復(fù)合驅(qū)工業(yè)化推廣提供依據(jù)。首先,對石油磺酸鹽表面活性劑復(fù)合驅(qū)油體系的界面張力、粘度性能、乳化性能、吸附性能進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)評價(jià)。此外,利用貝雷巖芯和人造巖心開展了室內(nèi)物理模擬實(shí)驗(yàn),對石油磺酸鹽復(fù)合體系驅(qū)油效果進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的評價(jià)。結(jié)果表明石油磺酸鹽復(fù)合體系的界面張力能夠在較寬的活性劑濃度范圍內(nèi)到10-3m N/m數(shù)量級,體系的粘度和界面張力的穩(wěn)定性較好,該體系可以提高原油采收率20%以上等。針對北三東二類油層弱堿三元復(fù)合驅(qū)示范區(qū)井間注入壓力不均衡、全區(qū)地層壓力水平低等問題,借助動(dòng)、靜態(tài)資料,以注入方案調(diào)整為主,油水井措施為輔,實(shí)施有針對性的跟蹤調(diào)整,保證了較強(qiáng)的注采能力,取得了較好的綜合調(diào)整效果。在示范區(qū)三元主段塞階段初期,選用WT008顆粒調(diào)剖堵水劑對10口注入井實(shí)施調(diào)剖,調(diào)剖后注入壓力上升,視吸入指數(shù)下降,表明顆粒調(diào)剖對高滲透層起到封堵作用。試驗(yàn)區(qū)油井見到了階段增油效果,統(tǒng)計(jì)試驗(yàn)區(qū)13口采油井,與調(diào)剖前相比,日產(chǎn)液下降152t,日產(chǎn)油上升3t,含水下降3.31個(gè)百分點(diǎn)。為進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)油井見效,最大程度提高采收率,大慶油田實(shí)現(xiàn)接替穩(wěn)產(chǎn)和有質(zhì)量有效益可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供了技術(shù)支持。
[Abstract]:In this paper, starting with the oil displacement mechanism of surfactants in the weak alkali ternary system, the laboratory simulation core flooding experiment and the field demonstration block test are used to study the oil displacement mechanism. Combined with the production data of injection and production well pattern and formation development in No.3 Oil production Plant of Daqing Oilfield, the performance of weak alkali ternary compound system was evaluated, and the field injection scheme of weak alkali ternary compound system was obtained. The evaluation index of the test effect of ASP flooding is improved, which provides the basis for the industrialization and popularization of ASP flooding in North Sandong demonstration area. Firstly, the interfacial tension, viscosity, emulsification and adsorption properties of petroleum sulfonate surfactant compound flooding system were evaluated experimentally. In addition, laboratory physical simulation experiments were carried out by using Bayley core and artificial core, and the oil displacement effect of petroleum sulfonate composite system was systematically evaluated. The results show that the interfacial tension of petroleum sulfonate composite system can reach 10-3m N / m in a wide range of active agent concentration, the viscosity and interfacial tension of the system are stable, and the oil recovery can be increased by more than 20%. In view of the problems of uneven injection pressure between wells and low formation pressure level in the demonstration area of weak alkali ASP flooding in the second class of North Sandong oil reservoir, with the help of dynamic and static data, the injection scheme is mainly adjusted and the oil-water well measures are supplemented. The implementation of targeted tracking and adjustment ensures a strong injection-production capacity and achieves a better comprehensive adjustment effect. WT008 particle profile control and water plugging agent was used to control the profile of 10 injection wells at the initial stage of the slug stage of the three main member in the demonstration area. The injection pressure increased and the apparent suction index decreased after profile control, which indicated that the particle profile control played a plugging role on the high permeability layer. The oil wells in the test area have seen the effect of increasing oil production in the stage. Compared with those before profile control, daily liquid production decreased 152 t, daily oil production increased 3 t, and water cut decreased 3.31% in 13 oil wells in the test area. It provides technical support for further promoting oil well efficiency and increasing oil recovery to the greatest extent, for Daqing oil field to succeed stable production and to achieve sustainable development of quality and benefit.
