基于鉆井液動力潤滑作用的鉆柱渦動實驗裝置研究

【摘要】:在石油鉆井中,下部鉆柱的運動狀態(tài)比較復雜,在井眼中存在兩種主要狀態(tài):正向渦動;反向渦動。國內(nèi)外對下部鉆柱渦動機理及規(guī)律做了大量研究與分析,但是仍有一些問題沒有解決。李子豐教授發(fā)表的《鉆柱渦動理論研究的必由之路—鉆井液動力潤滑學與鉆柱動力學相結(jié)合》文章,對鉆柱渦動理論的研究做了詳細的歸納和總結(jié),并且提出了一種全新的理論研究思路。本課題以“基于最小功耗率原理和鉆井液動力潤滑作用的鉆柱渦動理論與實驗研究(51374183)”國家自然科學基金為基礎,考慮鉆井液動力潤滑作用,通過建立實驗裝置模擬鉆柱渦動的實驗方法,研究下部鉆柱渦動,并且與基金項目(51374183)的理論研究進行對比,為鉆柱防斷設計提供理論基礎,使鉆柱渦動理論有一個質(zhì)的飛躍。室內(nèi)模擬鉆柱渦動的實驗方法很少,所以本課題具有一定的創(chuàng)新性。本文在參考現(xiàn)有相關(guān)實驗模擬裝置后,建立了考慮鉆井液動力潤滑作用的鉆柱渦動實驗裝置。該裝置包括了調(diào)速控制系統(tǒng)、軸向力加載系統(tǒng)、鉆井液循環(huán)防滲系統(tǒng)、數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)、應變式測扭系統(tǒng)及傾斜裝置、扶正裝置等。整體方案確定后,繪制了鉆柱渦動實驗裝置的機械圖及其零件圖,在加工后進行了組裝,并布置了數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)。調(diào)試實驗,確保實驗裝置各組成部分互相匹配,修正傳感器的測量系數(shù)。然后,改變實驗條件,分析研究了鉆井液的動力潤滑作用和受壓鉆柱的屈曲及渦動狀態(tài),初步得到鉆柱運動規(guī)律。實驗結(jié)果表明:鉆柱渦動實驗裝置設計比較合理、滿足實驗需求,達到了設計目的,但同時也存在一些設計不足問題,為此提出了具體的改進意見和后續(xù)的實驗內(nèi)容與方案。
[Abstract]:In the oil drilling well, the movement state of the lower drill string is more complex. There are two main states in the hole in the well: forward vorticity and reverse vorticity. A lot of research and analysis are done on the mechanism and law of the lower drill string at home and abroad. But there are still some problems that have not been solved. This paper makes a detailed summary and summary of the research on the theory of drill string vorticity, and puts forward a new theory of theoretical research. The subject is "the theory and experiment of drill string eddy dynamic based on the principle of minimum power consumption and the dynamic lubrication of drilling fluid (51374183)" On the basis of the scientific fund, considering the dynamic lubrication of drilling fluid, the experimental method of simulating the drill string eddy motion is established, and the lower drill column vorticity is studied and compared with the theoretical research of the fund project (51374183), which provides a theoretical basis for the drill string failure design and makes the drill string eddy theory have a qualitative leap. There are few experimental methods for column vorticity, so this topic has some innovation. In this paper, after referring to the existing relevant experimental simulation devices, a drill string eddy experimental device which considers the dynamic lubrication of drilling fluid is set up, which includes the speed control control system, the axial force loading system, the drilling fluid circulation anti seepage system, and the data acquisition system. After the whole scheme is determined, the mechanical drawing and the part drawing of the drill string eddy experiment device are drawn, and the data acquisition system is arranged and the data acquisition system is arranged. The debugging experiment is made to ensure that the components of the experimental device match each other, and the measurement coefficients of the sensors are corrected. Then, change the reality. The dynamic lubrication of the drilling fluid and the buckling and vorticity state of the pressed drill string are analyzed and studied, and the movement law of the drill string is preliminarily obtained. The experimental results show that the design of the drilling column vortex experiment device is reasonable, meets the requirements of the experiment and achieves the design goal, but at the same time there are some problems of design insufficiency, and the concrete modification is put forward.
