扶余油田化學(xué)堵水技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:扶余油田儲(chǔ)層非均質(zhì)性強(qiáng),層間矛盾突出,現(xiàn)階段無效水循環(huán)嚴(yán)重,調(diào)堵能緩解扶余油田開發(fā)矛盾,保持地下存水率,實(shí)現(xiàn)穩(wěn)產(chǎn)。多年來實(shí)現(xiàn)油井控水主要采取機(jī)械堵水,但存在工藝生產(chǎn)管理難度大,重復(fù)堵水工作量大,改善平面矛盾受限,套變井實(shí)施困難,解封困難,影響挖潛,無法調(diào)整產(chǎn)出剖面等弊端,因此化學(xué)堵水是堵水技術(shù)的發(fā)展方向;瘜W(xué)堵水技術(shù)具有實(shí)施便捷、實(shí)施規(guī)模小、周期短、適應(yīng)性廣、成本低、見效快等優(yōu)勢(shì),可以有效封堵高滲層,調(diào)整吸水剖面,提高波及效率,提高產(chǎn)油量。目前,常用的堵水體系主要有聚合物凝膠、預(yù)交聯(lián)體膨顆粒、聚合物微球、泡沫等,這些體系在低溫油藏(70℃以下)有著較好的堵水效果,并得到廣泛應(yīng)用。針對(duì)化學(xué)水泥堵水配套工藝所出現(xiàn)的問題,開展了扶余油田化學(xué)堵劑篩選、堵劑用量選取、注入配套工藝研究和由機(jī)械堵水直接轉(zhuǎn)化為化學(xué)堵水、專用水泥堵水管柱的研究等技術(shù)攻關(guān),確;瘜W(xué)堵水技術(shù)能夠規(guī)模應(yīng)用,最終達(dá)到化學(xué)堵水工藝低風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、低成本、長(zhǎng)有效期的目的。2013年在扶余油田開展了10口井新型堵水配套工藝前期試驗(yàn),取得了較好的效果和新的認(rèn)識(shí)。
[Abstract]:The reservoir heterogeneity of Fuyu oilfield is strong, the contradiction between layers is prominent, the invalid water circulation is serious at the present stage, the adjustment of plugging can alleviate the contradiction of Fuyu oilfield development, maintain the underground water storage rate, and realize stable production. For many years, mechanical water shutoff is the main method to realize water control in oil wells. However, it is difficult to manage the process production, heavy workload of repeated water shutoff, limited improvement of plane contradiction, difficulty in the implementation of casing variation wells, difficulty in unsealing and affecting the tapping of potential. The production profile cannot be adjusted, so chemical water shutoff is the development direction of water shutoff technology. Chemical water plugging technology has the advantages of convenient implementation, small scale, short period, wide adaptability, low cost and quick effect. It can effectively block the high permeability layer, adjust the water absorption profile, improve the sweep efficiency and increase the oil production. At present, the commonly used water shutoff systems mainly include polymer gel, pre-crosslinked expanded particles, polymer microspheres, foam and so on.
