氣水二相流相關(guān)參數(shù)檢測實(shí)驗(yàn)及研究

【摘要】:隨著工業(yè)領(lǐng)域的不斷進(jìn)步和發(fā)展,氣液二相流在石油、動(dòng)力、化工、冶金等領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用越來越廣泛,從而也得到越來越多的學(xué)者和研究人員的普遍重視。為了推動(dòng)工業(yè)相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展,氣液二相流動(dòng)機(jī)理的研究以及過程參數(shù)的檢測顯得尤為重要。本文針對油田注氣鍋爐領(lǐng)域中的氣液二相流,以氣水二相流為實(shí)驗(yàn)流體,對其流動(dòng)過程中空隙率、流速兩參數(shù)的測量方法進(jìn)行了理論研究,以電容法和互相關(guān)技術(shù)為基礎(chǔ)建立了空隙率和流速的測量原理。同時(shí)文章分析了電容式傳感器的三個(gè)精度影響因素,并針對各精度影響因素給出了解決方案。檢測系統(tǒng)中以4組平行板電容傳感器為敏感元件、以射流泵為氣液混合器、以差分采樣電路改進(jìn)后的電容/電壓轉(zhuǎn)換電路為采樣電路,組成了氣水二相流相關(guān)參數(shù)檢測系統(tǒng)。最后文章采用自行設(shè)計(jì)的氣水二相流空隙率測量靜態(tài)實(shí)驗(yàn)裝置,分別在環(huán)境溫度為20℃、40℃、60℃下進(jìn)行了空隙率測量靜態(tài)實(shí)驗(yàn),得出了較為理想的實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果。本文采用Matlab對靜態(tài)實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行處理,擬合出各電容差值與截面含液率關(guān)系曲線,并對擬合曲線進(jìn)行分析,對比了三個(gè)環(huán)境溫度下的實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果,證明了氣水二相流空隙率測量過程中增加溫度補(bǔ)償環(huán)節(jié)的必要性。通過對靜態(tài)實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果的處理與分析,最終證明了文中所采用的電容傳感器各精度影響因素解決方案是有效的,且采用平行板電容傳感器測量氣水二相流相關(guān)參數(shù)的方法是準(zhǔn)確、可行的。
[Abstract]:With the continuous progress and development of industry, gas-liquid two-phase flow has been widely used in petroleum, power, chemical, metallurgy and other fields, which has been paid more and more attention by scholars and researchers. In order to promote the development of industrial related fields, the study of gas-liquid two-phase flow mechanism and the detection of process parameters are particularly important. Aiming at the gas-liquid two-phase flow in the field of gas injection boiler in oil field, this paper takes gas-water two-phase flow as experimental fluid, and makes a theoretical study on the measurement method of two parameters of porosity and velocity in the flow process. Based on capacitance method and cross correlation technique, the measurement principle of voidage and velocity is established. At the same time, three factors affecting the accuracy of capacitive sensor are analyzed, and the solutions are given. In the detection system, four groups of parallel plate capacitive sensors are used as sensitive elements, jet pump is used as gas-liquid mixer, and the capacitance / voltage conversion circuit of differential sampling circuit is used as sampling circuit.
