【摘要】:近年來,水下生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)逐漸成為深海石油勘探開發(fā)的關(guān)鍵設(shè)備。我國在海洋水下井口及采油裝備的技術(shù)研究方面起步較晚,在整個(gè)水下生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)、制造以及維修等方面,還處在空白狀態(tài)。隨著中海油開發(fā)南海深海和各油田邊際石油資源,作為水下生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)最重要的組成部分,水下采油樹及其相關(guān)設(shè)備越來越廣泛的應(yīng)用于海洋石油生產(chǎn),其維修保養(yǎng)和安全運(yùn)行的工作將越來越重要。因此,本文選定“水下采油樹系統(tǒng)地面測(cè)試單元研究”作為研究課題,具有重要的理論意義和工程應(yīng)用價(jià)值。本文圍繞該課題開展了深入的理論與試驗(yàn)研究工作,并取得了如下的研究成果:(1)提出了一種水下采油樹系統(tǒng)測(cè)試方法。通過查閱國內(nèi)外相關(guān)資料和文獻(xiàn),研究了國內(nèi)外水下采油樹的結(jié)構(gòu)及工作原理,重點(diǎn)分析了流花11-1油田水下臥式采油樹,并在此基礎(chǔ)上,通過參考國內(nèi)外相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、文獻(xiàn)以及水下采油樹FAT(Factory Acceptance Test)、SIT(System Integration Test)等測(cè)試資料,針對(duì)流花11-1油田水下臥式采油樹提出了水下采油樹系統(tǒng)測(cè)試方法,該測(cè)試方法具有很好的擴(kuò)展性,可適用于其他類型的水下采油樹。(2)研制了一套水下采油樹系統(tǒng)地面測(cè)試單元樣機(jī),包括液壓控制系統(tǒng)和電控系統(tǒng)。液壓控制系統(tǒng)包括油箱、高壓泵回路、水泵回路、蓄能器組、調(diào)壓回路、回油回路以及接口回路等。電控系統(tǒng)以西門子S7-300系列PLC作為下位機(jī),以WinCC組態(tài)軟件作為上位機(jī)進(jìn)行了開發(fā)。(3)開展了水下采油樹系統(tǒng)地面測(cè)試單元測(cè)試以及應(yīng)用驗(yàn)證工作。測(cè)試的目的是了解整機(jī)的性能是否滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求,包括關(guān)鍵部件動(dòng)作狀況檢測(cè)、測(cè)量儀器檢測(cè)以及液壓管線壓力試驗(yàn)。應(yīng)用驗(yàn)證的目的是驗(yàn)證地面測(cè)試單元是否能夠完成水下采油樹系統(tǒng)的測(cè)試,包括液控閥測(cè)試、采油樹連接器測(cè)試以及采油樹液壓管線測(cè)試。結(jié)果表明使用本測(cè)試單元能夠準(zhǔn)確判斷水下采油樹系統(tǒng)的各種情況,完成水下采油樹系統(tǒng)的測(cè)試,應(yīng)用效果良好。
[Abstract]:In recent years, underwater production system has gradually become the key equipment for deep-sea oil exploration and development. Our country started late in the technical research of offshore underwater wellhead and oil recovery equipment, and is still in a blank state in the design, manufacture and maintenance of the whole underwater production system. As CNOOC exploits the marginal oil resources in the deep sea and various oilfields in the South China Sea, as the most important component of the underwater production system, the underwater oil production tree and its related equipment are more and more widely used in offshore oil production. Its maintenance and safe operation work will become more and more important. Therefore, this paper chooses "study of ground Test Unit of underwater Oil recovery Tree system" as the research subject, which has important theoretical significance and engineering application value. In this paper, a deep theoretical and experimental study is carried out around this subject, and the following research results are obtained: (1) A test method for underwater oil recovery tree system is proposed. The structure and working principle of underwater production tree at home and abroad are studied by consulting relevant information and literature at home and abroad, and the underwater horizontal oil recovery tree of Liuhua 11-1 oilfield is analyzed emphatically, and on this basis, by referring to the relevant standards at home and abroad, Based on the literature and test data of Factory Acceptance Test (fat) / sit (system Integration Test), a test method of underwater oil recovery tree system in Liuhua 11-1 oilfield is proposed, which has good expansibility. It can be applied to other types of underwater oil production tree. (2) A prototype of ground test unit for underwater oil extraction tree system is developed, including hydraulic control system and electric control system. The hydraulic control system includes oil tank, high pressure pump circuit, accumulator group, regulating circuit, return oil circuit and interface circuit. The electric control system is developed with Siemens S7-300 series PLC as lower computer and WinCC configuration software as upper computer. (3) ground test unit test and application verification of underwater oil production tree system are carried out. The purpose of the test is to find out whether the performance of the whole machine meets the design requirements, including the detection of the movement status of the key components, the measurement of measuring instruments and the hydraulic pipeline pressure test. The purpose of application verification is to verify whether the ground test unit can complete the test of underwater oil production tree system, including hydraulic valve test, oil tree connector test and oil tree hydraulic pipeline test. The results show that the test unit can accurately judge the various conditions of the underwater oil recovery tree system, and complete the test of the underwater oil production tree system, and the application effect is good.
