絨囊復合堵漏鉆井液體系研究

【摘要】:對于易漏失地層,一般使用泡沫鉆井液進行處理,但是泡沫鉆井液有很多局限性:現(xiàn)場應用過程中極易受到水質條件的影響、泡沫鉆井液無法自我循環(huán)、在返出井筒后要使用專門的脫氣裝置進行脫氣處理等,成本很高。另外,使用后的泡沫鉆井液如果處理不當,還可能造成地面環(huán)境的污染。針對上述問題,研制開發(fā)了一種新型的堵漏鉆井液——絨囊復合堵漏鉆井液。優(yōu)選了兩種表面活性劑(十二烷基苯磺酸鈉SDBS與十二烷基二甲基甜菜堿BS-12)按質量比6:4的比例混合作為氣囊劑;兩種高分子助劑(聚丙烯酰胺PAM與高粘度羧甲基纖維素HV-CMS)按1:1比例混合作為絨層劑,在鉆井液中產(chǎn)生一種含特殊“絨囊”結構的高強度微泡體系;其次再向其中加入吸水性膨體顆粒,形成新型絨囊復合堵漏鉆井液體系。通過大量實驗確定了復合堵漏鉆井液體系的配方:4%膨潤土+0.4%DSJ+0.4%SPNH+0.3%KPAM+0.24%碳酸鈉+0.2%氣囊劑+0.35%絨層劑+3%吸水性膨體膨體。不同條件下絨囊復合堵漏鉆井液性能測定實驗結果表明,該復合堵漏鉆井液體系在高溫下的穩(wěn)定性,抗鹽、鈣等污染能力強。巖芯封堵實驗表明,絨囊復合堵漏鉆井液體系對大孔道漏失地層和小孔道漏失層的封堵率均達到92%以上,封堵效果遠高于一般的鉆井液。
[Abstract]:Foam drilling fluid is generally used to deal with the easily leaky formation, but foam drilling fluid has many limitations: it is easily affected by water quality conditions in the field application process, foam drilling fluid can not be self-circulating. It is very expensive to use a special degassing device after returning to the wellbore. In addition, if the foam drilling fluid is not properly treated, it may cause environmental pollution on the ground. In view of the above problems, a new type of plugging drilling fluid-cashmere bag compound plugging drilling fluid has been developed. Two surfactants (sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate SDBs and dodecyl dimethyl betaine BS-12) were selected as airbag agents at 6:4 mass ratio. Two kinds of polymer auxiliaries (polyacrylamide PAM and high viscosity carboxymethyl cellulose HV-CMS) were mixed as the cashmere agent at 1:1 ratio to form a high strength microbubble system with special "cashmere" structure in the drilling fluid. Secondly, water-absorbent expanded particles were added to it to form a new type of cashmere and capsule compound plugging drilling fluid system. Through a large number of experiments, the formula of compound plugging drilling fluid system was determined: 0.4% bentonite 0.4DSJ and 0.4SPNH 0.3KPAM 0.24% sodium carbonate 0.2wt% air bag agent 0.35% cashmere agent 3% water absorbent bentonite. The experimental results show that the system is stable, resistant to salt and calcium pollution at high temperature. The core plugging experiment shows that the plugging rate of both large channel leakage formation and small channel leakage layer is more than 92%, and the plugging effect is much higher than that of common drilling fluid.
