川渝氣田含硫氣井井下取垢工具研制及應(yīng)用

【摘要】:近年來,川渝地區(qū)氣田頻繁發(fā)生井下結(jié)垢,使氣井無法正常生產(chǎn)。目前井下垢樣主要來自修井起出的井下油管壁面、通井規(guī)以及解堵后返排出的殘余堵塞物等,均存在不同程度的失真,如垢樣從目的地取到地面的過程中,溫度壓力的改變可能導(dǎo)致垢樣的相態(tài)發(fā)生相應(yīng)的變化。而常規(guī)取垢工具在上提的過程中易與油管壁發(fā)生摩擦或者碰撞,導(dǎo)致垢物脫落,取垢作業(yè)成功率低。為此,本文針對上述問題主要開展了如下工作:(1)對國內(nèi)外氣田井下結(jié)垢堵塞情況進(jìn)行了調(diào)研,重點分析了川中油氣礦、重慶氣礦、川東北氣礦部分氣井堵塞情況,井下垢物成分主要為酰胺化合物、礦物油、有機(jī)酸、Ca、Mg、Fe、S等,引起垢物產(chǎn)生的原因為緩蝕劑、井下腐蝕物、水合物及單質(zhì)硫的沉積等。(2)調(diào)研了國內(nèi)外氣井常見井下取樣工具,針對川渝地區(qū)油管內(nèi)常見褐黑色軟垢及普遍含H2S的現(xiàn)狀,使用SolidWorks軟件設(shè)計出一種筒式井下垢物取樣器(文中簡稱為取垢器),主要由球座、堵球、銷釘、取樣筒主桿、打撈頭等零部件組成。(3)采用SolidWorks軟件中的Simulation模塊對筒式井下垢物取樣器進(jìn)行了靜力學(xué)分析,分析了70MPa條件下取垢器應(yīng)力分布、位移形變、安全系數(shù)等。并對取垢器連接螺紋抗拉強(qiáng)度和抗扭強(qiáng)度進(jìn)行驗算,同時對材質(zhì)進(jìn)行了耐H2S腐蝕性實驗。(4)研制了筒式井下垢物取樣器試樣,開展了室內(nèi)材質(zhì)驗證、尺寸檢測、承壓耐溫等實驗,證實該工具能滿足含硫150℃及70MPa高溫高壓的工作環(huán)境。在940m采氣工藝模擬實驗井進(jìn)行了水平管及垂直管模擬取垢實驗,成功獲取了模擬堵塞垢物。(5)針對川東北氣礦HL004-2井展開取垢作業(yè),深入分析了其生產(chǎn)概況,設(shè)計了取垢工藝流程,并對解堵效果進(jìn)行了跟蹤評價。
[Abstract]:In recent years, gas fields in Sichuan and Chongqing area occur frequently downhole scaling, which makes gas wells unable to produce normally. At present, the downhole scale samples mainly come from the wall of the downhole tubing from the workover, the through well rules and the residual plugging material released after removing the plugging, all of which have different degrees of distortion, such as the process of the scale sample being taken from the destination to the ground. The change of temperature and pressure may lead to the corresponding change of the phase state of the scale sample. However, the conventional scale removal tools are easy to rub or collide with the oil pipe wall in the process of lifting up, resulting in the scaling matter falling off, and the success rate of scale extraction is low. To solve the above problems, this paper mainly carried out the following work: (1) the investigation of scale and blockage in gas fields at home and abroad was carried out, with emphasis on the analysis of the blockage of gas wells in middle Sichuan, Chongqing gas and northeast Sichuan gas mines. The main components of downhole scale are amide-compound, mineral oil, organic acid CaMg-Mg-FES and so on, which are caused by corrosion inhibitor, downhole corrosion material, hydrate and deposition of simple sulfur. (2) the common underground sampling tools of gas wells at home and abroad are investigated. In view of the common brown-black soft fouling and H2S content in oil pipes in Sichuan and Chongqing areas, a downhole scale sampler is designed with SolidWorks software, which is mainly composed of ball base, ball block, pin and main rod of sampling tube. (3) Simulation module in SolidWorks software is used to analyze the statics of the downhole scale sampler, and the stress distribution, displacement deformation and safety factor of the downhole scale sampler are analyzed at 70 MPA. The tensile strength and torsional strength of the connecting thread of the scale extractor are checked and calculated. At the same time, the corrosion resistance of the material is tested. (4) the sample of the downhole scale sampler is developed, and the indoor material verification, dimension measurement, pressure and temperature resistance experiments are carried out.
