【摘要】：大慶油田每年都能誕生大大小小上千項(xiàng)技術(shù)革新成果,解決了油田各個生產(chǎn)領(lǐng)域的不少實(shí)際問題,對推動企業(yè)生產(chǎn)力發(fā)展,增加大慶油田經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,促進(jìn)企業(yè)文化建設(shè)和提升職工素質(zhì)有著重要意義和作用。目前,在國際原油價格持續(xù)走低給油田成本帶來巨大壓力以及大慶油田石油產(chǎn)量有序調(diào)整的背景下,大力開展群眾性的技術(shù)革新可以大大降低企業(yè)生產(chǎn)成本,提高生產(chǎn)效率,推動企業(yè)生產(chǎn)力發(fā)展,增加大慶油田經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,對完善油田企業(yè)文化、提高員工素質(zhì)和主人翁責(zé)任感具有重要的意義。本論文研究從大慶油田土生土長、飽含生命力、幾十年歷久彌新的技術(shù)革新現(xiàn)象入手,研究其產(chǎn)生背景,總結(jié)其發(fā)展歷程,依據(jù)相關(guān)創(chuàng)新理論,深入探究技術(shù)革新的產(chǎn)生動因、創(chuàng)新效果及存在的問題,并開展充分的實(shí)證研究,旨在總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn)、尋找規(guī)律、提煉方法,同時為進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)技術(shù)革新工作,推動大慶油田全員創(chuàng)新優(yōu)化升級提供具體的對策建議。本課題的研究成果,不僅能夠豐富大慶油田群眾性創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)效理論,進(jìn)一步推動油田實(shí)現(xiàn)全員創(chuàng)新,而且可以為大慶油田深入研究技術(shù)革新工作提供理論模型和實(shí)踐對策,同時為國內(nèi)石油企業(yè)同行改進(jìn)和完善技術(shù)革新工作提供參考,具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義和應(yīng)用價值。
[Abstract]:Every year, thousands of technological innovations, large and small, are born in Daqing Oilfield, which solves many practical problems in various production areas of the oil field, promotes the development of enterprise productivity, and increases the economic efficiency of Daqing Oilfield. Promote the construction of enterprise culture and improve the quality of workers has an important significance and role. At present, under the background that the international crude oil price continues to drop to bring enormous pressure to the oil field cost and Daqing oil field oil production is adjusted in an orderly way, vigorously carrying out mass technological innovation can greatly reduce the production cost and improve the production efficiency of enterprises. It is of great significance to promote the development of enterprise productivity and increase the economic benefit of Daqing Oilfield to perfect the enterprise culture, improve the quality of the staff and the sense of master responsibility. This paper begins with the technological innovation phenomenon of Daqing oil field, which is native, full of vitality and lasting for decades, studies its background, summarizes its development course, and probes into the causes of technological innovation according to the relevant innovation theory. Innovative effects and problems, and adequate empirical research aimed at summing up experience, finding laws, refining methods, and further promoting technological innovation, To promote the Daqing Oilfield staff innovation optimization and upgrading to provide specific countermeasures. The research results of this project can not only enrich the theory of mass innovation and create effect in Daqing Oilfield, but also provide theoretical model and practical countermeasures for further research of technological innovation in Daqing Oilfield. At the same time, it provides reference for domestic petroleum enterprises to improve and perfect the technical innovation, which has important practical significance and application value.
