新型壓裂液體系在吐哈油田的研究與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:壓裂液是壓裂技術(shù)的重要組成部分,是決定壓裂成敗的關(guān)鍵,隨著時代的發(fā)展,壓裂液體系也經(jīng)歷了油基壓裂液,聚合物交聯(lián)壓裂液,泡沫壓裂液和粘彈性表面活性劑壓裂液四個發(fā)展階段的變革。而高效,低傷害,低成本,是壓裂液技術(shù)發(fā)展的方向,也是當(dāng)下研究壓裂液的首要問題,本文結(jié)合目前國內(nèi)外壓裂液體系的發(fā)展情況以及現(xiàn)在壓裂液存在的問題。針對這些問題出現(xiàn)了一種新型壓裂液體并在吐哈油田現(xiàn)場應(yīng)用,通過對國外高效交聯(lián)壓裂液和聚合物壓裂液體系的性能對比研究,分析吐哈油田壓裂液對儲層和支撐裂縫導(dǎo)流能力傷害原因,確定了低傷害壓裂液體系的研究重點:降低殘渣含量,降低濾失量,改善破膠性能,提高壓裂液與儲層及地層流體的配伍性。通過大量的理論分析和室內(nèi)實驗,優(yōu)選出適合吐哈油田儲層特點的新型低傷害壓裂液體系,現(xiàn)場試驗結(jié)果表明,與常規(guī)壓裂液相比,新型壓裂液體系對低滲透儲層的壓裂措施更有效。
[Abstract]:Fracturing fluid is an important part of fracturing technology and the key to the success or failure of fracturing. With the development of the times, fracturing fluid system has also experienced oil-base fracturing fluid, polymer cross-linked fracturing fluid. Development of foam fracturing fluid and Viscoelastic Surfactant fracturing fluid. But high efficiency, low damage and low cost are the development direction of fracturing fluid technology, and also the primary problem of the current research on fracturing fluid. This paper combines the development of fracturing fluid system at home and abroad and the existing problems of fracturing fluid. In order to solve these problems, a new kind of fracturing fluid was developed and applied in the field of Tuha Oilfield. By comparing the properties of high efficiency cross linking fracturing fluid and polymer fracturing fluid system abroad, This paper analyzes the causes of damage of fracturing fluid to reservoir and supporting fracture conductivity in Tuha Oilfield, and determines the research emphases of low damage fracturing fluid system: reducing residue content, reducing filtration amount, improving gel breaking performance. The compatibility of fracturing fluid with reservoir and formation fluid is improved. Through a large number of theoretical analysis and laboratory experiments, a new low damage fracturing fluid system suitable for the reservoir characteristics of Tuha Oilfield is selected. The field test results show that, compared with the conventional fracturing fluid, The new fracturing fluid system is more effective for fracturing of low permeability reservoirs.
