【摘要】：針對(duì)水平井段連續(xù)管鉆磨橋塞時(shí)鐵屑運(yùn)移規(guī)律尚認(rèn)識(shí)不清,沉積的鐵屑堆積在井下工具周圍而導(dǎo)致卡鉆的問(wèn)題,在歐拉坐標(biāo)系下考慮相間滑移速度以及鐵屑流參數(shù),建立了三維井眼環(huán)空鐵屑運(yùn)移模型,采用Standardκ-ε湍流模型及SIMPLEC算法進(jìn)行數(shù)值計(jì)算,研究了環(huán)空偏心度、鉆塞液排量、鐵屑直徑、鉆塞液粘度和鐵屑體積分?jǐn)?shù)對(duì)水平段鐵屑運(yùn)移的影響,得到了環(huán)空鐵屑體積分?jǐn)?shù)和固定鐵屑床高度的分布規(guī)律。研究表明:增大鉆塞液排量、減小鐵屑直徑、減小環(huán)空偏心度、增大鉆塞液粘度和減小鐵屑體積分?jǐn)?shù),可提高連續(xù)管鉆塞水平段鐵屑運(yùn)移效率。水平段鐵屑運(yùn)移機(jī)理研究可為連續(xù)管鉆磨橋塞卡鉆問(wèn)題的解決提供技術(shù)支持。
[Abstract]:In view of the fact that the rule of iron chip migration is not well understood when the continuous pipe is drilling and grinding bridge plug in horizontal well section, and the deposited iron debris accumulates around the downhole tool, which results in drilling jam, the slip velocity between phases and the parameters of iron chip flow are considered in Eulerian coordinate system. A three-dimensional model of iron chip migration in borehole annulus is established. The numerical calculation is carried out by using Standard 魏-蔚 turbulence model and SIMPLEC algorithm. The eccentricity of annulus, the displacement of slug fluid and the diameter of iron chip are studied. The effects of the viscosity of drilling fluid and the volume fraction of iron chip on the migration of iron chip in horizontal section are studied. The distribution of the volume fraction of iron chip and the height of fixed iron chip bed in annular space are obtained. The results show that increasing the discharge of drilling fluid, reducing the diameter of iron chip, decreasing the eccentricity of annulus, increasing the viscosity of drilling fluid and decreasing the volume fraction of iron chip can improve the efficiency of iron chip migration in horizontal section of continuous pipe drilling plug. The study on the transport mechanism of iron chips in horizontal section can provide technical support for the solution of bridge plug drill problem of continuous pipe drilling and grinding.
