【摘要】:采油廠位于大慶油田的外圍區(qū)域,管理范圍大且地形復(fù)雜。采油廠里每日存在大量泵修、低壓測(cè)試、加藥、化驗(yàn)、車輛及低壓電等設(shè)備維修維護(hù)任務(wù),由于傳統(tǒng)維修方式步驟繁瑣、電話傳遞容易出現(xiàn)口誤等原因,導(dǎo)致經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)維修現(xiàn)場(chǎng)情況不掌握、物資消耗不明確、維修不夠及時(shí)或者維修方案不夠準(zhǔn)確的情況。這些繁瑣的流程降低了生產(chǎn)維修效率,為生產(chǎn)管理決策增加了難度,所以目前迫切需要用一套專業(yè)化、信息化的生產(chǎn)運(yùn)行維修維護(hù)系統(tǒng)來解決生產(chǎn)維修問題。而生產(chǎn)運(yùn)行維修平臺(tái)是基于MVC框架技術(shù)、Socket+技術(shù)以及數(shù)據(jù)安全共享技術(shù)等現(xiàn)代通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)及信息應(yīng)用技術(shù),能夠?qū)ιa(chǎn)運(yùn)行的維修流程、物料出入庫過程等業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行充分融合,最終以Web、短信、手機(jī)APP等方式,實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)、流程及物資信息的綜合查詢和實(shí)時(shí)處理并跟蹤維修狀況的軟件平臺(tái)。生產(chǎn)運(yùn)行維修平臺(tái)分為生產(chǎn)維修子平臺(tái)和物資跟蹤子平臺(tái)兩部分,其中,生產(chǎn)維修子平臺(tái)能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)對(duì)維修任務(wù)的實(shí)時(shí)跟蹤和維修動(dòng)態(tài)的調(diào)整,并通過建設(shè)車輛、生產(chǎn)設(shè)備、以及維修物資基礎(chǔ)庫來支撐維修過程和提高維修效率及管理職能。而物流跟蹤子平臺(tái)能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)物資流程的初始化、入庫、出庫和移庫等過程,還可以同步操作維修用料并對(duì)消耗物資進(jìn)行跟蹤查詢。該平臺(tái)的應(yīng)用能夠科學(xué)指導(dǎo)生產(chǎn)流程,有效減少生產(chǎn)和維修成本,優(yōu)化勞動(dòng)用工,具有良好的實(shí)踐價(jià)值。本課題通過分析油田生產(chǎn)的業(yè)務(wù)和建設(shè)要求,借鑒已建成信息化系統(tǒng)的經(jīng)驗(yàn),結(jié)合跨平臺(tái)開發(fā)、數(shù)據(jù)共享等技術(shù),從需求分析、技術(shù)方案分析和平臺(tái)設(shè)計(jì)及應(yīng)用等方面,闡述該系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)方法,探索“油田維修維護(hù)一體化”的信息化解決方案,為油田實(shí)現(xiàn)“精細(xì)化管理”提供良好的借鑒。
[Abstract]:The oil production plant is located in the peripheral area of Daqing Oilfield, with large management range and complicated topography. There are a large number of maintenance tasks for equipment such as pump repair, low pressure testing, drug dosing, laboratory testing, vehicles and low voltage electricity every day in oil production plants. Because the traditional maintenance methods and procedures are cumbersome, telephone transmission is prone to slip of the tongue and so on. As a result, the maintenance site situation is often unknown, the material consumption is not clear, the maintenance is not timely or the maintenance plan is not accurate enough. These tedious processes reduce the efficiency of production and maintenance, and increase the difficulty for the decision of production management. Therefore, it is urgent to use a set of specialized, information-based maintenance system to solve the problem of production maintenance. The production operation and maintenance platform is based on MVC framework technology socket technology and data security sharing technology and other modern communication network and information application technology, which can fully integrate the maintenance process of production and operation, material storage process, etc. Finally, it uses Web, SMS and app to realize the comprehensive query of data, flow and material information, real-time processing and tracking the maintenance status of the software platform. The production operation and maintenance platform is divided into two parts: the production maintenance sub-platform and the material tracking sub-platform, in which, the production maintenance sub-platform can realize the real-time tracking of maintenance tasks and the dynamic adjustment of maintenance, and through the construction of vehicles, production equipment, And maintenance material base to support the maintenance process and improve maintenance efficiency and management functions. The logistics tracking sub-platform can realize the process of initialization, entering, leaving and moving the material flow, and can also synchronously operate the maintenance materials and track and query the consumable materials. The application of the platform can scientifically guide the production process, effectively reduce production and maintenance costs, optimize labor and employment, and has good practical value. By analyzing the business and construction requirements of oil field production, drawing lessons from the experience of the established information system, combining the cross-platform development, data sharing and other technologies, from the requirements analysis, technical scheme analysis and platform design and application, etc. This paper expounds the design and implementation of the system, explores the information solution of "oilfield maintenance and maintenance integration", and provides a good reference for the realization of "fine management" in oil fields.
