油氣管道復(fù)雜腐蝕缺陷失效壓力非線性有限元研究

【摘要】:壓力管道廣泛應(yīng)用于工業(yè)生產(chǎn)和人民生活當(dāng)中,管道的安全與否關(guān)乎國計(jì)民生。隨著油氣管道使用年限的增加,管道腐蝕現(xiàn)象日益嚴(yán)重,造成壁厚減薄,管道承壓能力下降,甚至?xí)䦟?dǎo)致管體局部腐蝕穿孔、泄漏或破裂事故的發(fā)生。實(shí)際管道的腐蝕缺陷的分布往往是隨機(jī)的。因此,為了確保管道的安全運(yùn)行,需要對(duì)腐蝕管道的剩余強(qiáng)度進(jìn)行評(píng)估,研究影響相鄰腐蝕缺陷管道失效壓力的相關(guān)參數(shù),分析相鄰腐蝕缺陷的相互作用及影響因素等問題,為壓力管道的安全性評(píng)價(jià)提供參考依據(jù)。本文通過對(duì)比真實(shí)腐蝕管道爆破實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果與文獻(xiàn)計(jì)算結(jié)果,驗(yàn)證了相鄰腐蝕缺陷管道有限元模型的準(zhǔn)確性。對(duì)腐蝕管道上的相鄰腐蝕缺陷開展非線性有限元分析,研究了腐蝕缺陷間距、腐蝕缺陷深度以及腐蝕缺陷長度對(duì)相互作用和管道失效壓力的影響,同時(shí)確定出了一套可行的相互作用判定準(zhǔn)則,并提出和驗(yàn)證了新的極限作用距離。研究表明:軸向相鄰腐蝕缺陷腐蝕缺陷長度和腐蝕缺陷深度是影響軸向極限距離的重要因素;環(huán)向相鄰腐蝕缺陷間也存在極限作用距離,即環(huán)向間距以角度表示且當(dāng)夾角大于20o時(shí)不發(fā)生相互作用,腐蝕缺陷深度對(duì)環(huán)向極限作用距離影響不大。對(duì)于復(fù)雜腐蝕缺陷,深、淺缺陷的深度比和長度比是影響管道失效壓力的兩個(gè)主要因素,而深、淺缺陷寬度比對(duì)失效壓力的影響不大。
[Abstract]:Pressure pipeline is widely used in industrial production and people's life. The safety of pipeline is related to national economy and people's livelihood. With the increase of the service life of oil and gas pipeline, the corrosion of pipeline becomes more and more serious, which results in the thinning of the wall thickness, the decrease of the pressure bearing capacity of the pipeline, and even the local corrosion and perforation of the pipe body, the occurrence of leakage or rupture accident. The distribution of corrosion defects in actual pipelines is often random. Therefore, in order to ensure the safe operation of the pipeline, it is necessary to evaluate the residual strength of the corroded pipeline, study the relevant parameters that affect the failure pressure of the pipeline with adjacent corrosion defects, analyze the interaction of adjacent corrosion defects and the influencing factors, etc. It provides reference for safety evaluation of pressure pipeline. In this paper, the accuracy of the finite element model of the adjacent corroded pipeline is verified by comparing the actual experimental results of corrosion pipeline blasting with the results of literature calculation. The nonlinear finite element analysis of the adjacent corrosion defects in the corroded pipeline is carried out. The effects of the distance between the corrosion defects, the depth of the corrosion defects and the length of the corrosion defects on the interaction and the failure pressure of the pipeline are studied. At the same time, a set of feasible interaction criterion is determined, and a new limit action distance is proposed and verified. The results show that the length and depth of the axial adjacent corrosion defects are the important factors affecting the axial limit distance, and the limit action distance also exists between the circumferential adjacent corrosion defects. That is, the circumferential distance is expressed as an angle and no interaction occurs when the angle is greater than 20o, and the depth of corrosion defect has little effect on the circumferential limit action distance. For complex corrosion defects, the depth ratio and length ratio of deep and shallow defects are two main factors that affect the failure pressure of pipeline, while the ratio of depth to width of shallow defects has little effect on the failure pressure.
