低滲油藏直井長(zhǎng)縫壓裂開(kāi)發(fā)井網(wǎng)及注水優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:低滲透油藏普遍具有非達(dá)西滲流特點(diǎn),注水開(kāi)發(fā)效果不佳。目前主要采用大型壓裂彈性開(kāi)發(fā)、小井距注水、CO2驅(qū)和分段壓裂水平井等技術(shù)。但由于地層條件、氣源及工藝等方面的影響,開(kāi)發(fā)效果不佳。直井長(zhǎng)縫壓裂注水開(kāi)發(fā)為低滲透油藏的高效開(kāi)發(fā)提供了新思路,但是目前對(duì)開(kāi)發(fā)井網(wǎng)井距及注水參數(shù)的優(yōu)化還略顯不足,本文針對(duì)這些問(wèn)題,開(kāi)展井網(wǎng)井距及注采參數(shù)優(yōu)化,對(duì)提高低滲透油藏的儲(chǔ)層動(dòng)用率和采收率具有重要的理論和實(shí)踐意義。本文首先總結(jié)國(guó)內(nèi)外低滲油藏井網(wǎng)部署及注水開(kāi)發(fā)的研究的歷史及現(xiàn)狀,在實(shí)際油藏靜態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)上,不同滲透率范圍下,綜合使用油藏工程方法、數(shù)值模擬技術(shù)、統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)方法、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)等方法,從注采井網(wǎng)井距、壓裂參數(shù)、注水開(kāi)發(fā)參數(shù)三方面進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)。優(yōu)選出了交錯(cuò)排狀井網(wǎng),三種滲透率下,最優(yōu)排距170m、200m、300m,最優(yōu)井距為500m,最優(yōu)水井穿透比0.34、0.25、0.18,最優(yōu)油井穿透比0.35、0.2、0.18,最佳裂縫導(dǎo)流能力分別為15~25、20~40、40~60μm2.cm,針對(duì)目標(biāo)油藏,注水時(shí)機(jī)可為90%靜水柱壓力;合理注采壓差24MPa,采液速度維持在2%,注采比應(yīng)保持1.0。
[Abstract]:Low permeability reservoirs are generally characterized by non-Darcy percolation and poor water injection development. At present, the technologies of large scale fracturing elastic development, small well spacing water injection CO 2 drive and segmental fracturing horizontal well are mainly used. However, due to the influence of formation conditions, gas source and technology, the development effect is not good. The development of long fracture fracturing in straight wells provides a new idea for the efficient development of low permeability reservoirs, but at present the optimization of well spacing and injection parameters is still slightly inadequate. In view of these problems, this paper develops the optimization of well spacing and injection-production parameters. It has important theoretical and practical significance for improving reservoir productivity and oil recovery in low permeability reservoirs. This paper first summarizes the history and present situation of well pattern deployment and water injection development in low permeability reservoirs at home and abroad. On the basis of static reservoir data, the reservoir engineering methods and numerical simulation techniques are comprehensively used in different permeability range. The optimization design of injection-production well spacing, fracturing parameters and water injection development parameters is carried out by means of statistical method and economic evaluation. The staggered well pattern is selected. Under the three kinds of permeability, the optimal spacing is 170 m ~ 200 m ~ 3 m, the optimum well spacing is 500 m, the optimum well penetration ratio is 0.34 ~ 0.25 ~ 0.18, the optimum well penetration ratio is 0.35 ~ (0.2) ~ 0.18, the optimum fracture conductivity is 152520 ~ 40 ~ 40 ~ 4060 渭 m ~ 2 路cm ~ 2 路cm, and the water injection time can be 90% static water column pressure for the target reservoir. The reasonable pressure difference between injection and production is 24MPa, the velocity of liquid production is 2 and the ratio of injection to production should be kept at 1.0.
