固體堿氫氧化鋇的制備及催化蓖麻油酯交換制備生物柴油的研究

【摘要】:以Ba(OH)_2·8H_2O為前體,通過兩段真空加熱脫水法制備了固體堿催化劑氫氧化鋇。采用熱重分析和X射線衍射分析技術(shù)進(jìn)行催化劑的表征。以蓖麻油為原料,通過單因素實驗考察了氫氧化鋇的催化活性。結(jié)果表明:真空加熱脫水第一階段溫度應(yīng)選擇70℃,第二階段溫度應(yīng)選擇150℃;催化劑前體Ba(OH)_2·8H_2O經(jīng)第一階段的真空加熱脫水處理全部轉(zhuǎn)化為β-Ba(OH)_2·H_2O,再經(jīng)第二階段的真空加熱脫水處理全部轉(zhuǎn)化為β-Ba(OH)_2;在蓖麻油的酯交換反應(yīng)中,在醇油摩爾比9∶1、催化劑用量2%、反應(yīng)溫度60℃、反應(yīng)時間30 min條件下,轉(zhuǎn)化率為93.80%,且固體堿氫氧化鋇在此最優(yōu)條件下重復(fù)使用4次時,轉(zhuǎn)化率仍超過80%。
[Abstract]:Barium hydroxide, a solid base catalyst, was prepared by two-stage vacuum heating dehydration with BaOHH _ 2O as precursor. The catalyst was characterized by thermogravimetric analysis and X-ray diffraction. The catalytic activity of barium hydroxide was investigated by single factor experiment using castor oil as raw material. The results show that the temperature of vacuum heating dehydration should be 70 鈩,
