微乳液型油基鉆井液沖洗液技術(shù)

【摘要】:為了高效清除井壁及套管壁上殘留的油基鉆井液、提高水泥環(huán)與環(huán)空界面膠結(jié)強(qiáng)度,根據(jù)表面活性劑鹽水溶液與油接觸后表面活性劑組裝形成油水界面膜包裹油相而原位形成微乳液的原理,以琥珀酸二(2-乙基己酯)磺酸鈉(AOT)、異構(gòu)十三醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO5-13)的復(fù)配體系為主表面活性劑,以柴油或白油為油相制備微乳液,通過(guò)考察微乳液增溶參數(shù)、界面張力等主要性能指標(biāo),確定了微乳液型沖洗液配方:KCl鹽水(清洗柴油基鉆井液時(shí)質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為7%,清洗白油基鉆井液時(shí)質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為10%)+4%AOT+3%AEO5-13+6%正丁醇,并評(píng)價(jià)了該沖洗液的潤(rùn)濕反轉(zhuǎn)能力、沖洗效率及與鉆井液和水泥漿的相容性。研究結(jié)果表明,隨鹽度增加,微乳液相態(tài)經(jīng)歷Winsor Ⅰ型到Winsor Ⅲ型再到Winsor Ⅱ型的轉(zhuǎn)變,Winsor Ⅲ型微乳液具有最佳的增溶參數(shù)和界面活性,形成Winsor Ⅲ型柴油微乳液及白油微乳液的最佳鹽度分別為7%和10%。微乳液型沖洗液的潤(rùn)濕反轉(zhuǎn)能力強(qiáng)、沖洗性能優(yōu)越,7 min對(duì)油基鉆井液沖洗效率達(dá)95%以上,且與鉆井液及水泥漿的相容性好。
[Abstract]:In order to efficiently remove the remaining oil based drilling fluid on the wall and casing wall and improve the cementing strength between cement ring and annulus interface, According to the principle that the surfactant is assembled into the oil-water interfacial film after the surfactant is in contact with the oil, the oil phase is encapsulated by the oil-water interfacial film and the microemulsion is formed in situ. The microemulsion was prepared by using the mixed system of sodium dioxy-2-ethylhexyl succinate (AOTO), iso-tridecanol polyoxyethylene ether (AEO5-13) as surfactant, diesel oil or white oil as oil phase. The solubilization parameters of microemulsion were investigated. The main performance indexes such as interfacial tension were determined. The formula of microemulsion type washing fluid: 1: KCl brine (7% for diesel based drilling fluid and 10% for cleaning white oil based drilling fluid) was determined. 4 AOT 3O 5-13 6% n-butanol, The wetting inversion ability, flushing efficiency and compatibility with drilling fluid and cement slurry were evaluated.
