一種瀝青分散劑的研制及對油漿阻垢性能的評價

【摘要】:采用聚異丁烯基丁二酰亞胺、咪唑和水楊醛為原料制備了一種新型瀝青分散劑,考察了原料配比、反應(yīng)溫度和反應(yīng)時間對產(chǎn)品阻垢性能的影響;采用傅里葉紅外光譜對產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)進行表征;采用經(jīng)典失重法考察產(chǎn)品的緩蝕性能;考察了阻垢劑各組分配比對油漿阻垢性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:瀝青分散劑的最佳合成條件為:n(聚異丁烯基丁二酰亞胺):n(咪唑):n(水楊醛)=2∶2∶1,反應(yīng)溫度140℃,反應(yīng)時間5h;紅外光譜分析表明合成的樣品為目的產(chǎn)物;合成的瀝青分散劑具有良好的熱穩(wěn)定性,在200~380℃內(nèi)未出現(xiàn)熱失重情況;具有較好的阻垢性能,當(dāng)加入量(w)為150μg/g時,對油漿的阻垢率可達79.0%;并具有較好的緩蝕性能,緩蝕率為84.6%。
[Abstract]:A new asphalt dispersant was prepared by using polyisobutylsuccinimide, imidazole and salicylic aldehyde as raw materials. The effects of raw material ratio, reaction temperature and reaction time on the scale inhibition of the product were investigated. The structure of the product was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), the corrosion inhibition performance of the product was investigated by classical weightlessness method, and the effect of the ratio of different proportion of scale inhibitor on the scale inhibition performance of slurry was investigated.
