丙脫渣油在空氣中的熱解研究

【摘要】:丙脫渣油經(jīng)減壓氧化后得到氧化瀝青和餾分。采用紅外光譜儀對氧化瀝青分子結(jié)構(gòu)和化學組成進行分析,并采用氣質(zhì)聯(lián)用儀對餾分組成結(jié)構(gòu)進行定性與定量分析。結(jié)果表明:餾分主要由含C、H兩種元素的烷烴化合物組成;隨著減壓氧化溫度的升高,餾分中脂肪族化合物含量明顯升高,而芳香族化合物含量降低。
[Abstract]:The oxidized bitumen and distillate were obtained by decompression oxidation of acrylic residue. The molecular structure and chemical composition of oxidized bitumen were analyzed by infrared spectrometer and qualitative and quantitative analysis were carried out by GC-MS. The results show that the fractions are mainly composed of alkanes containing Con H, and the content of aliphatic compounds in the fractions increases obviously with the increase of the temperature of decompression oxidation, while the content of aromatic compounds decreases.
