聚丁二烯基膠乳水泥增韌劑的制備及性能評價

【摘要】:針對目前二元丁苯膠乳凍融、抗鹽性差,苯丙膠乳分子鏈不穩(wěn)定、耐熱性能不好的問題,采用種子乳液接枝的方法引入2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)、N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺(DMAM)作為功能單體與苯乙烯在聚丁二烯膠乳上接枝共聚合成了四元油井水泥增韌劑FTL,并對其性能進行評價.紅外測試表明合成的FTL為目標產(chǎn)物.凍融及抗鹽實驗表明,FTL具有優(yōu)異的凍融及抗鹽穩(wěn)定性.熱失重實驗說明FTL具有好的熱穩(wěn)定性,熱分解溫度達到410,℃.抗壓抗折強度及三軸實驗表明,FTL可以顯著改善油井水泥石的韌性.掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)顯示,膠乳顆粒與水泥微縫隙交結(jié)面之間形成一橋接膜,而純水泥則沒有這種結(jié)構(gòu).膠乳水泥的高溫配伍性實驗說明,FTL與降失水劑、緩凝劑具有優(yōu)異的配伍性.含F(xiàn)TL的油井水泥綜合性能實驗考察發(fā)現(xiàn),其還具有控失水、流動度好及低游離液含量.
[Abstract]:In view of the problems of freezing and thawing of binary butyl benzene latex, poor salt resistance, unstable molecular chain of styrene-acrylic latex and poor heat resistance, A quaternary oil well cement toughening agent FTL was prepared by seed emulsion grafting copolymerization of 2-acrylamide (2-acrylamide) -2-methylpropanesulfonic acid (AMPS) and N- (N-dimethyl-acrylamide) (DMAM) as functional monomer and styrene onto polybutadiene latex. Its performance was evaluated. The FTL is the target product. Freeze-thaw and salt tolerance experiments show that FTL has excellent freeze-thaw and salt resistance stability. The thermogravimetric test shows that FTL has good thermal stability, and the thermal decomposition temperature reaches 410 鈩,
