【摘要】：隨著非常規(guī)油氣田開發(fā)規(guī)模逐漸加大,油基泥漿的使用大規(guī)模增加,其鉆井后產(chǎn)生的油基鉆屑所造成的環(huán)境問題成為亟待解決的環(huán)保難題。在對油基鉆屑性質(zhì)分析的基礎(chǔ)上,采用節(jié)能高效的微波處理法處理油基鉆屑,分析了油基鉆屑樣品的組成,研究了微波功率、處理溫度、處理時(shí)間以及石墨添加劑對除油效率的影響。結(jié)果表明,對于水質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)2.41%、石油烴質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)10.67%、固體質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)86.92%的油基鉆屑,微波功率越大,升溫速率越快;石墨添加劑加入質(zhì)量為油基鉆屑的6%時(shí),效果最佳,所達(dá)終溫升高40℃;熱解析最佳處理?xiàng)l件為溫度250℃,時(shí)間30min,此時(shí)油基鉆屑石油烴質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)可降至0.23%,低于0.30%的農(nóng)用土壤國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
[Abstract]:With the increasing scale of unconventional oil and gas field development and the increasing use of oil based mud, the environmental problems caused by oil based drilling cuttings after drilling have become an urgent environmental problem to be solved. On the basis of analyzing the properties of oil-based drilling chip, the oil-based drilling chip was treated by energy saving and efficient microwave treatment method. The composition of oil-based drilling chip sample was analyzed, and the microwave power and treatment temperature were studied. Effect of treatment time and graphite additive on oil removal efficiency. The results show that the higher the microwave power is, the faster the heating rate is for the oil based drilling chip with 10.67 oil hydrocarbon mass fraction and 86.92% solid mass fraction, and the better the effect is when graphite additive is added to the oil based drilling chip with mass fraction of 2.41, and when the mass fraction of oil hydrocarbon is 10.67, the oil based drilling chip with 86.92% solid mass fraction has the best effect.
