滇東黔西地區(qū)多層疊置煤層壓裂分層決策方法研究

【摘要】:為了實現(xiàn)成功水力壓裂煤層,從而獲得工業(yè)產能的目的,提出了一套針對多層疊置煤層的壓裂分層決策方法,該方法以煤層壓力梯度和滲透率作為剛性判別指標;以煤層裂縫延伸模擬結果為依據(jù),建立目標函數(shù),優(yōu)選最佳射孔組合;對封隔方式適用條件進行判斷,甄別出合適的壓裂分層方式。此方法有效解決了煤層含氣系統(tǒng)間的兼容性和系統(tǒng)內部的共享性問題。以中國西南地區(qū)某區(qū)塊某井為例,壓裂分層決策劃分結果為:存在2個含氣系統(tǒng)、4個滲透率差異大的小層組,并對Ab層組進行射孔位置優(yōu)化,建議對4、5號煤層進行合層壓裂,并使用封隔器封堵上下層,結果證明了該方法對多層疊置煤層的適用性。
[Abstract]:In order to achieve the purpose of successfully fracturing coal seams and obtain industrial productivity, a set of stratification decision method for multi-layer superimposed coal seams is put forward, which takes the pressure gradient and permeability of coal seam as the rigid discriminant index. Based on the simulation results of fracture extension in coal seam, the objective function is established, the optimum perforation combination is selected, the suitable conditions of sealing and sealing are judged, and the appropriate fracturing and stratification mode is identified. This method effectively solves the problems of compatibility and internal sharing of gas-bearing system in coal seam. Taking a well in a block in southwest China as an example, the result of the decision division of fracturing is as follows: there are two gas-bearing systems, four small formations with different permeability, and the perforation location of Ab layer is optimized, and it is suggested that the combined layer fracturing of coal seams No. 45 and No. 5 should be carried out. The Packer is used to block the upper and lower layers, and the results show that the method is applicable to the multi-layer coal seams.
