【摘要】:油田聯(lián)合站集輸系統(tǒng)具有系統(tǒng)關(guān)聯(lián)嚴(yán)密、操作規(guī)程嚴(yán)格、系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行狀況復(fù)雜多變等工藝特點(diǎn),因此對(duì)工人的崗位培訓(xùn)或崗前培訓(xùn)提出了很高的要求。但在正常生產(chǎn)狀況下,崗位工人無(wú)法實(shí)際操作和事故培訓(xùn),常規(guī)的培訓(xùn)方式如文字、圖片或簡(jiǎn)單的漫游演示系統(tǒng)等也不能提供給崗位工人實(shí)戰(zhàn)的機(jī)會(huì)。針對(duì)這種情況,本論文設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)了一種基于B/S架構(gòu)的聯(lián)合站仿真培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng),通過(guò)建立聯(lián)合站各裝置的數(shù)學(xué)模型,將模型開(kāi)發(fā)成OPC SERVER形式,建立了虛擬裝置,并利用組態(tài)軟件開(kāi)發(fā)了仿真操作界面,建立了SQ L數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),實(shí)現(xiàn)了學(xué)員信息管理。論文包含以下內(nèi)容。論文首先對(duì)聯(lián)合站仿真培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了功能設(shè)計(jì)、硬件架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和軟件架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。針對(duì)仿真培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)了仿真模型實(shí)時(shí)運(yùn)算、仿真凍結(jié)、仿真步長(zhǎng)調(diào)整、時(shí)標(biāo)縮放等功能,設(shè)計(jì)了虛擬裝置的OPC Server的實(shí)現(xiàn)辦法。以組態(tài)軟件為核心,設(shè)計(jì)了學(xué)員操作畫(huà)面、教師操作畫(huà)面、SQL數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)和實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的交互關(guān)系與接口,對(duì)各部分功能進(jìn)行了分析與設(shè)計(jì)。建立了聯(lián)合站各主要裝置進(jìn)數(shù)學(xué)模型,利用C++語(yǔ)言,實(shí)現(xiàn)了數(shù)學(xué)模型的數(shù)字仿真;利用OPC技術(shù),將仿真裝置數(shù)學(xué)模型以O(shè)PC Server的形式實(shí)現(xiàn),建立了虛擬裝置;同時(shí)還針對(duì)培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)的需求,添加了時(shí)標(biāo)設(shè)定、仿真進(jìn)程凍結(jié)等功能,并且實(shí)現(xiàn)了多線程計(jì)算;诮M態(tài)軟件實(shí)現(xiàn)了仿真操作界面的開(kāi)發(fā),結(jié)合VBA和OPC技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)了動(dòng)態(tài)實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的配置、數(shù)據(jù)鏈接的配置、功能腳本的編寫(xiě)、Web發(fā)布等內(nèi)容。論文最后利用關(guān)系型數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)SQL,基于VBA腳本、ADO對(duì)象、VicisonX控件等方法進(jìn)行SQL數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的操作開(kāi)發(fā),實(shí)現(xiàn)學(xué)員信息管理、系統(tǒng)信息配置等功能。論文開(kāi)發(fā)的基于B/S架構(gòu)的聯(lián)合站仿真培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng),能實(shí)現(xiàn)多客戶遠(yuǎn)程訪問(wèn),為聯(lián)合站仿真培訓(xùn)打下了良好的基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:The gathering and transportation system of oil field joint station is characterized by strict system connection, strict operation rules, complex and changeable operating conditions, etc. Therefore, it puts forward a very high requirement for the on-the-job training or pre-job training of workers. But under the normal production condition, the post worker can not actually operate and the accident training, the conventional training method such as the text, the picture or the simple roaming demonstration system can not provide the actual combat opportunity for the post worker. In this paper, a simulation training system based on B / S architecture is designed and developed in this paper. The model is developed into OPC server form and virtual device is built by establishing the mathematical model of each device of the joint station. The simulation operation interface is developed by using configuration software, the SQL database is established, and the student information management is realized. The paper contains the following contents. Firstly, the paper designs the function, hardware architecture and software architecture of the simulation training system. Aiming at the functions of real-time operation of simulation model, simulation freezing, adjustment of simulation step size, time scale scaling and so on, the realization method of OPC Server of virtual device is designed. Taking configuration software as the core, the interaction and interface between student operation picture, teacher operation picture and SQL database and real-time database are designed, and the functions of each part are analyzed and designed. The mathematical model of the main devices in the joint station is established, and the digital simulation of the mathematical model is realized by using C language, and the virtual device is established by using the OPC technology to realize the mathematical model of the simulation device in the form of OPC Server. At the same time, according to the requirement of the training system, the functions of time scale setting and simulation process freezing are added, and multithread calculation is realized. Based on configuration software, the development of simulation operation interface is realized. In combination with VBA and OPC technology, the configuration of dynamic real-time database, the configuration of data link and the writing of functional script are realized. In the end of this paper, SQL database is used to develop SQL database based on VBA script / ADO object and VicisonX control, so as to realize the functions of student information management and system information configuration. The simulation training system based on B / S architecture can realize multi-client remote access and lay a good foundation for simulation training of joint station.
