水平井礫石充填調(diào)流控水篩管完井技術(shù)

【摘要】:針對(duì)常規(guī)水平井調(diào)流控水篩管完井存在封隔器封隔長度短、封隔段數(shù)有限和深井封隔器下入困難等技術(shù)難點(diǎn),開展了水平井礫石充填調(diào)流控水篩管完井技術(shù)研究。在分析水平井礫石充填調(diào)流控水篩管完井技術(shù)原理及技術(shù)難點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,分析對(duì)比不同類型調(diào)流控水篩管的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),選用節(jié)流嘴式調(diào)流控水篩管或流道式調(diào)流控水篩管;根據(jù)水平井礫石充填調(diào)流控水完井的要求,優(yōu)選聚合物低密度礫石作為充填礫石,并通過試驗(yàn)評(píng)價(jià)了礫石充填層的封隔效果,結(jié)果表明,礫石充填層可以阻止進(jìn)入井筒內(nèi)流體的橫向流動(dòng),起到封隔器的作用;給出了礫石充填工藝,形成了水平井礫石充填調(diào)流控水完井技術(shù)。該技術(shù)在塔河油田A水平井進(jìn)行了現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn),與試驗(yàn)前相比,該井產(chǎn)油量提高了411.8%,含水率降低了13.5百分點(diǎn)。研究結(jié)果表明,水平井礫石充填調(diào)流控水篩管完井技術(shù)可以提高調(diào)流控水篩管的調(diào)控精度,起到穩(wěn)油控水作用,具有一定的推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:In view of the technical difficulties such as the short length of Packer sealing, the limited number of sealing sections and the difficulty of entering deep well Packer in conventional horizontal well flow control sieve pipe completion, the study on the completion technology of gravel filling and water control pipe in horizontal well is carried out. Based on the analysis of the completion principle and technical difficulties of gravel filling and regulating water control sieve pipe in horizontal well, the advantages and disadvantages of different types of flow control water control sieve pipe are analyzed and compared, and the throttle nozzle type flow control water sieve pipe or the flow channel type flow control water screen pipe are selected. According to the requirement of gravel filling, flow regulation and water control completion in horizontal well, polymer low density gravel is selected as backfill gravel, and the sealing effect of gravel filling layer is evaluated through experiments. The results show that, The gravel filling layer can prevent the lateral flow of fluid into the wellbore and act as a Packer, and the gravel filling technology is presented, which forms the horizontal well gravel filling flow control and water completion technology. The technology has been tested in A horizontal well in Tahe Oilfield. Compared with before the test, the oil production of this well has been increased by 411.8% and the water cut has been reduced by 13.5%. The results show that the completion technology of gravel filling and regulating water control sieve pipe in horizontal well can improve the control precision of the regulating water control sieve pipe, play the role of stabilizing oil and controlling water, and have certain popularization and application value.
