一種復(fù)合交聯(lián)劑的制備及性能評(píng)價(jià)

【摘要】:水溶性酚醛類(lèi)交聯(lián)劑保存時(shí)間短、易固化且揮發(fā)性較強(qiáng)。為此,通過(guò)采用分子設(shè)計(jì)和引入適量促交聯(lián)劑制備了一種基于水溶性酚醛樹(shù)脂的復(fù)合交聯(lián)劑。首先使用苯酚和甲醛為原料,通過(guò)兩步法合成水溶性?xún)?yōu)異的多羥甲基酚醛樹(shù)脂,隨后加入適量金屬離子促交聯(lián)劑用以改善其成膠性能。兩步法合成使得甲醛和苯酚反應(yīng)更為充分,產(chǎn)物主要以多羥甲基酚的形式存在,因而該復(fù)合交聯(lián)劑無(wú)刺激性氣味,保存時(shí)間長(zhǎng),金屬離子促交聯(lián)劑的引入顯著改善了其成膠性能。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,該復(fù)合交聯(lián)劑用量在0.1%以上即可成膠,較傳統(tǒng)酚醛類(lèi)交聯(lián)劑其成膠強(qiáng)度顯著增加,成膠時(shí)間8~48h可控,成膠溫度范圍為60~120℃。采用此復(fù)合交聯(lián)劑得到的凝膠體系穩(wěn)定性強(qiáng),成膠強(qiáng)度在兩個(gè)月以上無(wú)減弱趨勢(shì)。該復(fù)合交聯(lián)劑在油田堵水調(diào)剖領(lǐng)域具有極大的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:Water-soluble phenolic crosslinkers have the advantages of short storage time, easy solidification and high volatility. Therefore, a composite crosslinking agent based on water soluble phenolic resin was prepared by molecular design and introduction of proper amount of crosslinking agent. Phenol and formaldehyde were used as raw materials to synthesize water-soluble polyhydroxymethyl phenolic resin by two-step method, and then a suitable amount of metal ion crosslinking agent was added to improve its adhesive properties. The synthesis of formaldehyde and phenol by two-step synthesis made the reaction of formaldehyde and phenol more fully, and the product mainly existed in the form of polyhydroxymethyl phenol, so the compound crosslinking agent had no irritant odor and had a long storage time. The introduction of metal ion crosslinking agent improved the adhesive properties. The experimental results show that the compound crosslinking agent can be used in gel formation when the dosage is more than 0.1%, which is significantly higher than that of the traditional phenolic crosslinking agent. The gelation time is controlled for 848 hours, and the gelation temperature ranges from 60 鈩,
