曙五聯(lián)原油脫水工藝研究

【摘要】:曙五聯(lián)始建于1988年,建站時(shí)的設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)模為150×10~4t/a(純油),摻稀油規(guī)模為100×10~4 t/a(稀油比為1:0.7(重量比)),綜合含水40%,最大處理液量420×10~4t/a(11500t/d),污水處理能力5000m3/d。此后隨著進(jìn)站液量的增加和超稠油所占比例的上升,曙五聯(lián)脫水工藝陸續(xù)進(jìn)行改擴(kuò)建。2007年該站擴(kuò)建2座10000m3二段沉降罐,設(shè)計(jì)處理液量為770×10~4t/a(20300m3/d),綜合含水76.9%,設(shè)計(jì)處理后含水指標(biāo)為1.5%。站內(nèi)污水經(jīng)除油罐除油后外輸華油污水處理廠和曙一區(qū)污水深度處理站,目前污水處理量為17800m3/d。曙五聯(lián)主要接收三區(qū)、五區(qū)和七區(qū)來(lái)液,采用二段熱化學(xué)沉降脫水工藝,一段脫水各區(qū)分別進(jìn)行,計(jì)量后匯在一起進(jìn)行二段脫水,目前處理后原油含水1.5~2.5%,長(zhǎng)期處于超標(biāo)狀態(tài)。若能有效解決上述問(wèn)題,則對(duì)提高遼河油田整體經(jīng)濟(jì)效益及保障下游煉廠安全生產(chǎn)具有重要意義。本次設(shè)計(jì)主要內(nèi)容包括:來(lái)液進(jìn)站預(yù)脫,優(yōu)化加熱爐配置,降低能耗;通過(guò)室內(nèi)脫水試驗(yàn),進(jìn)行藥劑篩選,確定配方及劑量;增建導(dǎo)熱油維溫系統(tǒng);提出合理工藝改造方案,充分利用已建設(shè)施,增加原油靜沉?xí)r間。
[Abstract]:The design scale of Shuwu United was 150 脳 10 ~ (4) t / a (pure oil, 100 脳 10 ~ (10) ~ 4 t / a) (the ratio of thin oil to oil) was 1: 0.7 (W / V), 40% water cut, 420 脳 10 ~ (4) t / a 11500 t / d ~ (-1 / d), and 5 000 m ~ (3 / d) of sewage treatment capacity. Since then, with the increase of liquid volume and the proportion of super heavy oil, Shu-five dehydration process has been reformed and expanded one after another. In 2007, two 10000m3 two-stage sedimentation tanks were expanded, the designed treatment liquid volume was 770 脳 10 ~ (4) t / a ~ (20) 300 m ~ (3) / d ~ (-1), the comprehensive water cut was 76.9m ~ (-3), and the designed water cut index was 1.5 ~ (th). The sewage in the station is transported to China Oil pollution Water treatment Plant after removing oil from the oil tank and the advanced sewage treatment station in Shu 1 area. The current sewage treatment capacity is 17800 m3 / d. Shu-Wucombination mainly receives liquid from three areas, five zones and seven zones, and adopts the two-stage thermochemical sedimentation dehydration process. The dewatering zones of the first stage are carried out separately, and then they are collected together for the second stage dehydration. At present, the treated crude oil has a water cut of 1.5% and 2.5%, which has been in a state of exceeding the standard for a long time. If the above problems can be solved effectively, it is of great significance to improve the overall economic benefit of Liaohe Oilfield and ensure the safety of downstream refineries. The main contents of this design include: pre-stripping, optimizing heating furnace configuration and reducing energy consumption; through indoor dehydration test, chemical selection to determine formula and dosage; building heat conduction oil temperature system; putting forward a reasonable technological transformation scheme, Make full use of established facilities to increase the settling time of crude oil.
