基于Android系統(tǒng)的移動監(jiān)測平臺的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:傳統(tǒng)工業(yè)生產(chǎn)的數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)是采用串行通信將采集終端與上位機(jī)處理系統(tǒng)連接起來,該方式限制了操作人員的移動范圍且不適用于某些場合下的作業(yè)。同時近年來Android操作系統(tǒng)在手持設(shè)備端得到了普及和應(yīng)用,通過手機(jī)和平板電腦等此類手持設(shè)備獲得油井相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)將極大的改善系統(tǒng)的工作效率,因此基于Android操作系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用程序開發(fā),短距離無線通信技術(shù)以及網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)同時運(yùn)用到油田監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)中,實(shí)現(xiàn)油田數(shù)據(jù)采集的智能化監(jiān)測,已經(jīng)成為未來發(fā)展的方向。本文通過對常見的短距離無線通信技術(shù)在通信距離、頻率資源、傳輸速率、功耗方面的分析比較,并結(jié)合油田監(jiān)測項(xiàng)目的具體功能需求,提出了一種基于Zig Bee和Wi Fi技術(shù)的中繼轉(zhuǎn)換系統(tǒng),來實(shí)現(xiàn)監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)的傳輸和示功圖的顯示。設(shè)計(jì)過程中提出了穩(wěn)定性好、功耗較低、可靠性強(qiáng)的軟硬件體系結(jié)構(gòu),設(shè)計(jì)了Zig Bee-Wi Fi中繼轉(zhuǎn)換器,完成了Zig Bee網(wǎng)絡(luò)到Wi Fi網(wǎng)絡(luò)的無縫轉(zhuǎn)接,探討并實(shí)現(xiàn)了終端數(shù)據(jù)傳輸及解析機(jī)制;同時結(jié)合監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的需求,實(shí)現(xiàn)了基于Android操作系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用程序,并對其模塊化設(shè)計(jì)方法進(jìn)行了研究,完成了系統(tǒng)的無線程序升級。研究結(jié)果表明,該中繼轉(zhuǎn)換器設(shè)計(jì)合理,網(wǎng)絡(luò)運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定,數(shù)據(jù)傳輸可靠,圖形顯示準(zhǔn)確,能夠滿足移動監(jiān)測平臺在油田中的應(yīng)用,也給其他領(lǐng)域的監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)提供了一種有效的思路。
[Abstract]:The data acquisition system of traditional industrial production connects the acquisition terminal with the upper computer processing system by serial communication. This method restricts the operating range of the operator and does not apply to some occasions. At the same time, the Android operating system has been popularized and applied in the handheld devices, and through the mobile phone peace board power. The acquisition of oil well related data such as brain and other handheld devices will greatly improve the efficiency of the system. Therefore, based on the application development of the Android operating system, the short distance wireless communication technology and the network technology are applied to the oil field monitoring system at the same time to realize the intelligent monitoring of the oil field data acquisition, which has become the direction of the future development. By analyzing and comparing the communication distance, frequency resources, transmission rate and power consumption of the common short distance wireless communication technology, and combining the specific functional requirements of the oil field monitoring projects, a relay conversion system based on Zig Bee and Wi Fi technology is proposed to realize the transmission of monitoring data and display of the indicator diagram. The software and hardware architecture with good stability, low power consumption and strong reliability is proposed. Zig Bee-Wi Fi relay converter is designed. The seamless transfer of Zig Bee network to Wi Fi network is completed. The terminal data transmission and analysis mechanism are discussed and realized. At the same time, the application of Android operating system based on the requirement of the monitoring system is realized. The research results show that the design of the relay converter is reasonable, the network runs stably, the data transmission is reliable, the graphics display is accurate, it can meet the application of the mobile monitoring platform in the oil field, and also provides a kind of monitoring system in other fields. An effective way of thinking.
