澀北氣田典型層組合理配產(chǎn)研究

【摘要】:疏松砂巖氣藏的開發(fā)中通常面臨著應(yīng)力敏感、出水、出砂、井筒積液等問題,從而導(dǎo)致氣井的產(chǎn)能大幅度降低,造成氣田經(jīng)濟損失。而合理的產(chǎn)量可以有效抑制以上問題,因此合理配產(chǎn)在疏松砂巖開發(fā)中就顯得非常重要。本文以疏松砂巖氣藏為研究對象,在前人的理論研究和氣藏的實測數(shù)據(jù)基礎(chǔ)上,以澀北氣田典型層組的合理產(chǎn)量為目標(biāo),從產(chǎn)能影響因素滲流機理和單井、層組壓力變化特征入手,完成了以下主要工作:(1)澀北氣田典型層組88 口氣井的產(chǎn)能測試資料的合理解釋;針對四個主要產(chǎn)能影響因素的滲流機理分析。(2)四個典型層組的單井及層組動態(tài)地質(zhì)儲量的評價;單井及層組壓力變化特征分析;氣藏穩(wěn)產(chǎn)能力的評價。(3)澀北氣井單井的優(yōu)化配產(chǎn)研究以及計算分析;通過數(shù)值模擬方法預(yù)測Ⅲ-2、Ⅲ-3層組的配產(chǎn)生產(chǎn)指標(biāo)。通過以上研究,得到了以下的主要結(jié)論和認(rèn)識:(1)澀北氣井產(chǎn)能影響因素主要有應(yīng)力敏感、出水、出砂以及多層合采氣井的層間干擾。常規(guī)產(chǎn)能分析方法不適用于澀北氣井,其解釋結(jié)果往往偏大。(2)四個典型層組的儲量動用潛力及挖潛措施存在差異。(3)開發(fā)過程中,各層組地層壓力分布及其變化規(guī)律的主控因素包括:投產(chǎn)時間、單井配產(chǎn)、井網(wǎng)密度、開采強度和邊水水體的大小及邊水連通程度。(4)由于較高的單井配產(chǎn)具有較大的舉升能力,能有效防止井筒積液對氣井產(chǎn)量及可采儲量的損害,所以通過增壓開采降低地層廢棄壓力能有效延長氣井穩(wěn)產(chǎn)期、提高澀北氣田開發(fā)效果。(5)澀北氣田氣井穩(wěn)產(chǎn)能力的年均遞減率為10.43%,主控因素是水源和井型。(6)澀北氣井單井優(yōu)化配產(chǎn)考慮因素有氣井產(chǎn)能、層組能量、井底積液、地層出砂、井底沉沙以及沖蝕作用,但是澀北氣井幾乎不用考慮沖蝕作用。本論文的主要創(chuàng)新點:通過對氣井產(chǎn)能影響因素的滲流機理分析,結(jié)合公式法和回壓試井方法評價澀北氣井產(chǎn)能,提出了澀北氣井修正公式產(chǎn)能評價法;提出了單井控制儲量占容積法地質(zhì)儲量比例加權(quán)的層組平均地層壓力計算方法,并結(jié)合壓降法和二項式產(chǎn)能方程修正系數(shù)計算單井、層組動態(tài)儲量;氣井穩(wěn)產(chǎn)能力遞減規(guī)律的(數(shù)理統(tǒng)計)分析方法;結(jié)合氣井產(chǎn)能、層組能量、單井優(yōu)化配產(chǎn)對澀北氣田典型層組進(jìn)行配產(chǎn)。
[Abstract]:In the development of unconsolidated sandstone gas reservoirs, the problems of stress sensitivity, water discharge, sand production and wellbore liquid accumulation have resulted in a large reduction in the productivity of the gas well and the economic loss of the gas field. And the reasonable yield can effectively suppress the above problems. Therefore, it is very important to reasonably match production in the development of loose sand rock. This paper is based on unconsolidated sandstone gas. On the basis of the previous theoretical research and the measured data of gas reservoir, taking the reasonable output of the typical layer group in the Shibei gas field as the target, the following main work has been completed from the percolation mechanism of the factors affecting the productivity and the characteristics of the change of the layer group pressure. (1) the capacity test data of the 88 gas wells in the typical layer group of the astringent gas field The analysis of the percolation mechanism of four main productivity factors. (2) evaluation of the dynamic geological reserves of single well and layer group of four typical layers, the analysis of the change characteristics of single well and layer pressure, the evaluation of the stable production capacity of gas reservoir. (3) the optimization of production and calculation of the single well in the astringent gas well, and the prediction of the third -2 by numerical simulation method. According to the above research, the following main conclusions and understandings are obtained: (1) the main factors affecting the productivity of the astringent well are stress sensitivity, effluent, sand production and interlayer interference in multi-layer gas wells. The conventional productivity analysis method is not suitable for the astringent North gas well, and the interpretation results are often large. (2) four typical layers. There are differences in reserves moving potential and potential digging measures. (3) in the process of development, the main control factors of the distribution of formation pressure and its change law of each layer include: production time, single well distribution, well network density, mining intensity and the size of water body and edge water connectivity. (4) it is effective because of the higher lifting capacity of single well distribution. To prevent the damage of well bore to the production and recoverable reserves of gas wells, reducing the formation waste pressure by pressurized mining can effectively prolong the stable production period of gas wells and improve the development effect of shingbei gas field. (5) the annual average decline rate of the stable production capacity of the gas well in astringent gas field is 10.43%, the main controlling factors are water source and well type. (6) consideration of the optimization of single well production in the astringent North gas well Factors include gas well productivity, layer formation energy, bottom hole fluid accumulation, sand formation, bottom sand sinking and erosion effect, but the astringent North gas well does not have to consider erosion. The main innovation of this paper is: through the analysis of the seepage mechanism of the influence factors of gas well productivity, combining formula method and back pressure test method to evaluate the productivity of the astringent well, the paper puts forward astringent. The method of productivity evaluation for the modified formula of North gas well is proposed, and a method for calculating the average stratigraphic pressure of the layer group with the weight of the single well controlled reserves in proportion to the volume method of geological reserves is put forward, and the calculation method of single well, the dynamic reserve of the stratigraphic group and the law of the recurrence of the gas well's stable production capacity, combined with the pressure drop method and the binomial productivity equation correction coefficient, are combined with the gas well. Production capacity, formation energy and single well production optimization are used for production of the typical formation in the north of the Shibei gas field.
