【摘要】:川東北氣田海相碳酸鹽巖儲(chǔ)層具有高溫高壓且裂縫發(fā)育等特點(diǎn),酸化改造中酸巖反應(yīng)速度快、酸液濾失量大導(dǎo)致均勻布酸困難,難于達(dá)到深度酸化目的,因此開展了川東北酸壓改造復(fù)合暫堵轉(zhuǎn)向技術(shù)研究。論文以川東北元壩氣田長(zhǎng)興組為主要研究對(duì)象,長(zhǎng)興組主要發(fā)育生物礁相和生屑灘相儲(chǔ)層。據(jù)元壩地區(qū)長(zhǎng)興組巖樣物性分析統(tǒng)計(jì)結(jié)果:長(zhǎng)興組礁灘相儲(chǔ)層孔隙度0.23%~24.65%,平均4.0%;滲透率0.0028~1720.7187×10-3μm2;最大連通孔喉半徑較小,主要分布于0~1μm之間。元壩長(zhǎng)興組儲(chǔ)層儲(chǔ)集空間類型主要為孔隙、溶洞、裂縫三大類,儲(chǔ)層水平縫、斜縫及垂直縫在儲(chǔ)層中均較發(fā)育,多數(shù)為半充填或張開縫。長(zhǎng)興組裂縫寬度大都在1mm左右,但個(gè)別井次也出現(xiàn)大型的漏失。長(zhǎng)興組儲(chǔ)層具無水敏、弱堿敏(臨界p H值10.5)、強(qiáng)應(yīng)力敏特征。元壩地區(qū)長(zhǎng)興組屬礁灘體控制的巖性圈閉氣藏,氣藏埋藏深度較大(6200~7200m),含氣幅度較高;屬正常溫度、常壓、高含硫化氫、二氧化碳?xì)怛?qū)氣藏或局部氣水同驅(qū)氣藏。根據(jù)元壩地區(qū)實(shí)驗(yàn)樣品測(cè)試,海相地層巖石抗張強(qiáng)度介于0.71~5.09MPa,平均2.90MPa。地層整體彈性模量分布范圍在7.11~32.81GPa之間,平均為26.44GPa;泊松比分布范圍在0.20~0.47之間,平均為0.26;地層條件下抗壓強(qiáng)度分布范圍在116.94~426.32MPa之間,平均為225.81MPa;抗張強(qiáng)度分布范圍在0.08~10.04MPa之間,平均為5.24MPa。長(zhǎng)興組最大水平地應(yīng)力平均在2.90~3.36MPa/100m,最小水平地應(yīng)力平均在2.01~2.21MPa/100m。地應(yīng)力狀態(tài)屬典型走滑地應(yīng)力模式。針對(duì)元壩長(zhǎng)興組氣藏儲(chǔ)層特征及完井投產(chǎn)管材的使用情況,進(jìn)行高溫膠凝酸酸液和高溫壓裂液性能評(píng)價(jià)。研發(fā)了高溫高壓酸化暫堵儀,優(yōu)選了暫堵纖維與暫堵顆粒,進(jìn)行了針對(duì)不同尺寸裂縫的復(fù)合暫堵技術(shù)研究,最后通過酸液與復(fù)合暫堵技術(shù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)應(yīng)用技術(shù)分析,最終設(shè)計(jì)形成了較完善的川東北儲(chǔ)層酸壓改造復(fù)合轉(zhuǎn)向技術(shù)。研究結(jié)果表明:長(zhǎng)興組礁—灘相屬孔隙型、裂縫—孔隙型儲(chǔ)層,以Ⅲ類儲(chǔ)層為主,少量Ⅰ、Ⅱ類儲(chǔ)層。研制的高溫高壓酸化暫堵儀能夠較好地模擬0~6mm地層裂縫,實(shí)現(xiàn)裂縫暫堵、酸化及解堵效果評(píng)價(jià);單獨(dú)采用纖維暫堵劑效果不理想,而優(yōu)選出纖維+顆粒復(fù)合暫堵劑能夠在10MPa壓力下封堵不同尺寸裂縫,并能夠在設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)間內(nèi)迅速酸化解堵。進(jìn)行元壩長(zhǎng)興組碳酸鹽巖儲(chǔ)層酸化現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn),通過試井分析、生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)分析、施工壓力曲線擬合分析等多種手段對(duì)元壩長(zhǎng)興組碳酸鹽巖儲(chǔ)層酸化技術(shù)進(jìn)行全面評(píng)價(jià),完善和形成元壩長(zhǎng)興組碳酸鹽巖儲(chǔ)層酸化技術(shù)方案。在元壩29-2井進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)應(yīng)用,第一級(jí)暫堵液入地后壓力由19MPa升高到26MPa,上漲7MPa,酸化后增產(chǎn)倍比達(dá)到了3.33。
[Abstract]:Marine carbonate reservoir in northeast Sichuan gas field has the characteristics of high temperature and high pressure and the development of fracture. The acid rock reaction speed is fast in acidizing transformation, and the acid fluid filtration is large, which makes it difficult to distribute acid evenly, and it is difficult to achieve the purpose of deep acidizing. Therefore, the technology of complex temporary plugging and steering for acid pressure modification in northeast Sichuan was studied. In this paper, the Changxing formation of Yuanba gas field in northeast Sichuan is taken as the main research object. The Changxing formation mainly develops reef facies and bioclastic beach facies reservoir. According to the statistical results of physical properties of rock samples of Changxing formation in Yuanba area, the porosity of reef and beach facies reservoir of Changxing formation is 0.23 ~ 24.65 with an average of 4.0; permeability 0.0028 ~ (1720.7187) 脳 10 ~ (-3) 渭 m ~ (2); and the radius of pore throat of most Dalian is relatively small, mainly distributed in the range of 0 ~ 1 渭 m. The reservoir space types of Changxing formation in Yuanba are mainly pore, cavern and fracture. The horizontal fractures, oblique fractures and vertical fractures are developed in the reservoir, and most of them are half-filled or open fractures. The fracture width of Changxing formation is mostly about 1mm, but large leakage occurs in some wells. The reservoir of Changxing formation is sensitive to water and weak alkalinity (critical pH value 10.5) and strong stress sensitivity. Changxing formation in Yuanba area is a lithologic trap gas reservoir controlled by reef beach. The gas reservoir is buried in a deep depth of 6200 ~ 7200 m ~ (-1) and has a high gas bearing amplitude, which belongs to normal temperature, atmospheric pressure, high content of hydrogen sulfide, carbon dioxide gas drive gas reservoir or local gas-water simultaneous displacement gas reservoir. According to the experimental samples in Yuanba area, the tensile strength of marine strata rock is between 0.71 and 5.09 MPa, with an average of 2.90 MPa. The distribution range of elastic modulus of the whole formation is between 7.11 ~ 32.81 GPA, the average is 26.44 GPA, the distribution range of Poisson's ratio is between 0.20 and 0.47, the average is 0.26, the distribution range of compressive strength is between 116.94 and 426.32 MPA, the average is 225.81 MPA, and the distribution range of tensile strength is between 0.0810.04 MPA and 5.24 MPA. The average maximum horizontal stress of Changxing formation is 2.90 ~ 3.36 MPA / 100 m, and the minimum horizontal stress is 2.01 鹵2.21 MPA / 100 m. The in-situ stress state belongs to the typical strike slip geostress model. According to the reservoir characteristics of Changxing formation gas reservoir in Yuanba and the application of completion pipe, the performance evaluation of high temperature gelling acid fluid and high temperature fracturing fluid is carried out. The high temperature and high pressure acidizing temporary plugging instrument was developed, the temporary plugging fiber and the temporary plugging particles were selected, and the composite temporary plugging technology for different size cracks was studied. Finally, the field application technology analysis of acid solution and composite temporary plugging technology was carried out. Finally, the complex steering technology of acid fracturing modification in northeast Sichuan reservoir was developed. The results show that the reef and beach facies of Changxing formation belong to pore type, fracture to pore type reservoir, mainly to type 鈪,
