吉林伏龍泉區(qū)塊鉆井提速技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:隨著社會的發(fā)展石油在工業(yè)、農(nóng)業(yè)、交通以及日常生活的需求與日俱增。已經(jīng)成為人們賴以生存不可或缺的一種物質(zhì)。石油開采工作的重要性也就日益彰顯出來。所以說石油的勘探開發(fā)工作也越發(fā)顯得重要。而在石油勘探作業(yè)中最為重要的則是鉆井的速度問題,鉆井速度的快慢直接影響到了經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,但目前制約鉆井速度提高的因素有很多,如何能夠大幅度提高鉆井的速度就成為了迫切需要解決的問題。這就需要我們著力于鉆井技術(shù)的優(yōu)化上,不斷的進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新。本文就石油開采提速增效情況及具體措施的應(yīng)用效果進(jìn)行研究,通過對吉林油田伏龍泉區(qū)塊鉆探中遇到的一些實(shí)際問題,通過對改進(jìn)鉆頭,優(yōu)選螺桿,優(yōu)化泥漿,以及預(yù)防井下事故等方面較為詳細(xì)的論述提速的措施和注意事項(xiàng)及收到的效果。本文所述的伏龍泉油氣田屬于油氣分布為大面積的低壓、低滲、低產(chǎn)的巖性氣藏,位于吉林省農(nóng)安縣與長嶺縣的交界處,開發(fā)難度很大。由于其特殊地質(zhì)構(gòu)造,導(dǎo)致鉆井過程中遇到的復(fù)雜情況增多,鉆井速度下降、同時(shí)成本增加,這將會直接影響到伏龍泉地區(qū)勘探、開發(fā)的進(jìn)程。為了在該區(qū)塊更好地鉆探施工,合理開發(fā)地下資源,減少復(fù)雜情況及事故,避免由此造成的重大經(jīng)濟(jì)損失,我們對該區(qū)塊已完成井以及典型事故與復(fù)雜情況進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析,研究其地層特點(diǎn)優(yōu)選成熟的鉆井技術(shù),制定出了一系列切實(shí)可行的施工措施,并推廣應(yīng)用到鉆井生產(chǎn)中大大提高了該區(qū)塊鉆井速度。本文以類型接近的伏230與伏233井進(jìn)行比較,在進(jìn)行技術(shù)優(yōu)化工具優(yōu)選后伏233井的鉆井速度得到了大幅度的增加,同比伏230機(jī)械鉆速3.73m/h,伏233井平均機(jī)械鉆速達(dá)到了4.33m/h,比伏230年提高了16.1%。同時(shí)鉆井周期也大幅度縮短,由伏230的鉆井井周期58.14天縮減至46.02天。同時(shí)在螺桿和鉆頭的使用上也有大幅度的減少,創(chuàng)造了可觀的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。
[Abstract]:With the development of society, the demand for oil in industry, agriculture, transportation and daily life is increasing. It has become an indispensable material for people to survive. The importance of oil extraction is becoming increasingly apparent. Therefore, the exploration and development of oil is becoming more and more important. The most important problem in petroleum exploration is the speed of drilling. The speed of drilling has a direct impact on economic benefits, but there are many factors restricting the improvement of drilling speed. How to improve the drilling speed has become an urgent problem to be solved. This requires us to focus on drilling technology optimization, continuous innovation. In this paper, the situation of increasing speed and increasing efficiency of oil production and the application effect of concrete measures are studied. Through some practical problems encountered in drilling in Fulong Quan block of Jilin Oilfield, and by improving bit, selecting screw and optimizing mud, The measures, precautions and effects of increasing speed are discussed in detail in the prevention of underground accidents. The Fulongquan oil and gas field described in this paper is a lithologic gas reservoir with large area of low pressure, low permeability and low yield, which is located at the junction of Nong'an County and Changling County, Jilin Province, and is very difficult to develop. Because of its special geological structure, the complexity of drilling process increases, the drilling speed decreases and the cost increases, which will directly affect the process of exploration and development in Fulong Quan area. In order to drill in the block better, develop underground resources reasonably, reduce the complex situation and accident, and avoid the great economic loss caused by it, we have made a detailed analysis of the completed well and typical accident and complex situation in this block. A series of feasible construction measures have been worked out, and the drilling speed of this block has been greatly improved by popularizing and applying to drilling production. In this paper, the drilling speed of Fu-233 well has been greatly increased after the optimization of technical optimization tools was carried out by comparing the similar type of Fu-230 well with that of Fu-233 well. The average drilling speed of V233 well was 4.33 m/ h, 16.1% higher than that of 230 years. At the same time, the drilling period was also shortened, from 58.14 days to 46.02 days. At the same time, the use of screw and bit has been greatly reduced, creating considerable economic benefits.
