模塊化程序功能塊在熱媒爐控制系統(tǒng)中的開(kāi)發(fā)與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:基于面向?qū)ο蟮某绦蛟O(shè)計(jì)思想,運(yùn)用STEP7 CFC模塊化編程功能開(kāi)發(fā)了適用于熱媒爐系統(tǒng)的時(shí)序控制、復(fù)雜回路控制、單回路控制、負(fù)荷運(yùn)算控制、通用AI及報(bào)警聯(lián)鎖等標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化程序功能塊。將該系列標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化程序功能塊在某石化熱媒爐控制系統(tǒng)中正式編程、組態(tài)和應(yīng)用,通過(guò)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的測(cè)試、調(diào)試和開(kāi)車(chē),進(jìn)一步完善并優(yōu)化了相關(guān)的程序功能塊。最終,控制系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了預(yù)先設(shè)定的控制功能和控制目標(biāo),達(dá)到了預(yù)期的控制精度。標(biāo)準(zhǔn)模塊化程序功能塊在該項(xiàng)目的成功應(yīng)用,為熱媒爐控制系統(tǒng)搭建了一個(gè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的模塊化編程和調(diào)試平臺(tái),較好地滿(mǎn)足了熱媒爐系統(tǒng)工程化、系統(tǒng)化和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的要求。
[Abstract]:Based on the idea of object-oriented programming, the sequential control, complex loop control, single loop control and load operation control are developed by using STEP7 CFC modular programming function. General AI and alarm interlocking and other standardized program function blocks. This series of standardized program function blocks are formally programmed, configured and applied in a petrochemical heat medium furnace control system. The relevant program function blocks are further improved and optimized through field testing, debugging and starting up. Finally, the control system achieves the predefined control function and control target, and achieves the expected control precision. The successful application of the standard modular program function block in this project provides a standard modular programming and debugging platform for the heat medium furnace control system, which meets the requirements of engineering, systematization and standardization of the heat medium furnace system.
