不壓井作業(yè)封堵用高強度凍膠體系的室內(nèi)性能評價

【摘要】:為滿足不壓井作業(yè)對凍膠新材料的性能要求,以丙烯酰胺、甲基丙烯酸鈉、耐高溫胺類單體、過硫酸銨、聚合物LAH、交聯(lián)劑MENPLE和增韌劑CAL等為原料制備了一種黏彈性凍膠,研究了引發(fā)劑和模擬油加量、無機鹽、溫度對膠液成膠時間和凍膠強度的影響,用高溫高壓稠化儀模擬地層條件對凍膠性能進行了室內(nèi)評價。實驗結果表明,在pH為7~13、反應溫度為40~130℃的條件下可形成強度高達30 N的黏彈性聚合物凍膠體,承壓能力達2 MPa/8 m;通過改變引發(fā)劑的加量可以調(diào)節(jié)膠液的成膠時間和凍膠強度;該凍膠穩(wěn)定性好,具有較強的抗浸污能力,在模擬油加量高達20%或二價金屬離子(Ca~(2+)或Mg~(2+))為15×10~4mg/L的條件下,依然具有良好的成膠性能。
[Abstract]:A viscoelastic gel was prepared from acrylamide, sodium methacrylate, high temperature resistant amine monomer, ammonium persulfate, polymer LAH, crosslinking agent MENPLE and toughening agent CAL. The effects of the amount of initiator and simulated oil, inorganic salt and temperature on the gelation time and gel strength of the gel were studied. The performance of the gel was evaluated in laboratory by simulating the formation conditions with a high temperature and high pressure thickener. The experimental results show that the viscoelastic polymer frozen colloids with strength up to 30 N can be formed at pH 7 ~ 13 and reaction temperature at 40 ~ 130 鈩,
